[Employee of walmartcanada] I was really looking forward to the delivery :) Everything is great! It works, cleans, the attachments are great. I love the tilt and now I can easily clean under the table!
The only negative is that the cat is still afraid of the vacuum cleaner :)

this machine pulled cat hair out of a difficult rug that cat hair really sticks to that my other vacuum could not

so far it is performing amazing!!  Super great suction power.  Not very noisy.   Canister is east to empty.

Very powerful vacuum, bought too clean our shag carpet!  Most vacuums cannot clean shag deeply,. This one does the job! 
The hose could be longer for windows, thou.

Very powerful and a great price.The previous owners of our house had a dog and 3 cats and you'd think they never vaccuumed because it keeps picking up more fur every time we vaccuum.

Looked ok in the pictures....the plastic material used to manufacture this specific vacuum cleaner is poor quality....seems brittle comparing with our old vacuum cleaner.

Hoover vacuum cleaner

Under carriage design is poor and the cheap plastic breaks off over uneven surfaces....power switch sometime becomes inoperable and needs to wired on for the vacuum to work...decent power for the price point

Hoover Needs to Update The WindTunnel Vacuum

I ordered this vacuum online and picked it up at the store (they brought it to my car).  The box came to me damaged. The vacuum itself was quite obviously a return as the parts had been out of the packaging they come in. The icing on the cake was the missing attachment. I will call the Hoover number for the part replacement. Won't order online with Walmart again.

Was very disappointed..missing 4 parts. Won't buy 3rd party again. Too much trouble returning when u can't do it at Walmart. Having to print at a printing shop and then another trip to post office. Very inconvenient.
