working well to help my puppy adjust to her new home away from her litter. a little pricey but I dodnt have tome to shop around for a chraper one that would take longer to ship.

We recently got a new puppy and he cried through out the night in his crate. I got this in hopes that it would comfort him at night.  The first night I put this in with him he slept through the night for the first time since being with us.  I set the heart beat for 8 hours and warm the heating pack for 45 seconds as directed and then put it in first and then my puppy. If your puppy is having a bit of anxiety for bedtime, this is a must have!

Comfort puppy pal! An absolute must for a puppy

We bought this for our 12 week old Maltese puppy who had extreme separation anxiety while in her crate at night.  We bought this item in hopes it would help calm her down so everyone could sleep.  The very first night, she chirped once and then slept all the way through!  This thing has saved our sleep and sanity.

My dog has been having separation anxiety and this was a welcome addition to help her with this problem. When my grandson comes over, she likes to sleep with him on the weekend but when he goes back home, she whines all night because she wants to snuggle with him. Now with this lovable looking pop and the heartbeat sound, she will sleep in one spot all night.

get this for someone who is sick

This has been a life saver after bringing home a 5 week old puppy. The batteries die kind of quickly, I had to replace the first set within 2 or 3 days. Last night I went to replace them again and it won't turn on. It's a brand new pack of batteries and I tested them on something else and they work so I'm afraid this huggie puppy has died. It's only been 3 weeks so that's pretty crappy but when it's working it's amazing. Love the repeatable pack. I'll be attempting to buy a replacement heart or maybe get a refund since it's been such a short period of time.

Good while he lived

Very cute. Thought it would not be so stiff, my puppy slept with it last night and didn't chew on it or tear it up. I'm crate training at this time. He wakes up about 2:30 a m and doesn't want to go back to sleep and just whines. I turned the heartbeat on and it helped.

Works

The shape of the toy doesn't make it look or feel anything close to a support puppy. The little heart beat mechanism sounds tinny and cheap. Very disappointed

This isn't the best

I can't accurately rate this product itself. I bought this through Walmart home delivery and it came without the insert box that contains the heartbeat. I just paid $30 for a flat stuffed animal! Needless to say, the shopper won't be coming to pick it up and bringing me an unopened product! REALLY?!  These shoppers get paid almost as much as I do with my college degree and this particular shopper couldn't take an extra second to grab an unopened product.

Didn't come with heartbeat insert.

We bought this as a replacement for the original Snuggle Puppy. Big mistake. I don't feel like this one will last, it has a weird flap thing and it's deformed. My dog still likes it, but I regret the purchase. My advice, spend the extra money and get a real Snuggle Puppy.
