This mobile phone mount for you vehicle is fantastic. It is fully adjustable in all 3 D axes allowing you to position it up - down - forward - backward, swivels and rotates. The miracle invention is the reusable  silicone-like disc that attaches via suction to the windshield or window glass.  I bought my first one 2 yrs ago and clamped it on my windshield, drove through -30C temps., let the car bake in direct sunlight for thousands of hours and the holder has not budged a micro inch. It is hugging the glass as tightly as it was 2 yrs ago and I can remove it and reposition it any time I want. I just purchased 2 more for my daughters. The latest product revision (one touch 5), has an even better suction attach technology and the OT5 body now has a magnetic section that will hang on to / suspend your phone's charging cable which means no more twisted, dangling, broken, or lost charging cable. These mounts are a wonderful value for the price.

Perfect for hands-free directions!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The iOttie Easy One Touch 5 Dash & Windshield Mount is exactly what I needed! I've struggled with vent clip options of various brands and they always result in my phone flying across the car at some point. When I picked the iOttie I knew that I technically had a couple options since it's for dash or windshield, I wasn't sure initially which would work. I needed it for a newer Mazda3, the screen is a major factor in dash space but the windshield is also very difficult to maximize use of a mount. I was able to install on the dash, to the right of my screen so it holds my phone in the same region but doesn't impair my visibility. I did have to play around with various options, it was about 30 minutes of changing the layout and mounting spots before I finally committed. I loved that the arm was able to move in so many ways to accommodate various areas. The phone holding part itself is very sturdy, the button close makes my heart happy. It's super easy to lock it in and then release, the release arms are convenient to reach but will not get accidentally nudged and opened either. Even the packaging was sleek! The install was so easy, while I didn't need the instructions I did glance them over and they were clear and easy to understand. This is the best phone mount I've ever had, I'm so glad I finally discovered what I had been missing!!!

Just what I needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I also have a phone holder that fits into my air vent but I always have to take my eyes off the road to look at maps because it's lower. This mount allows me to hook it up on the windshield using the suction and extend the arm out to get it closer to me. This allows me to look at maps while keeping my eyes in line with the road. There's also an added function that sucks the air out of the suction to make sure it's tight and doesn't fall down. I also like that I can angle it towards me. It seems a little daunting because there are so many handles and knobs but I just read the instruction, set it up once and I didn't have to adjust it again. It's also very easy to pop in and out as well. Definitely recommend this if you want a customized angle of your phone while driving for convience and safety.

Great way to keep your eyes on the road

sticky suction cup at the button and a lever you push down so it stays in place. There are two 
buttons you push at the same time to expand so 
your phone fits perfect. It has an adjustable arm to to make the mount bigger. There are turning knobs to hold the adjustments in place. Also a perfect stand to watch movies in your car while your on break.

This mount is strong enough to stick to my windshield or dash and can hold my phone perfectly. It's very easy to use and to clip in and out of the holder.

This one happens to be a dash and windshield mount.
I like it because it was very easy to install I have mine on my dash mount.
the section caps were really really easy to use and they are so strong that I know it's going to hold my phone for a while.
it has a very easy one touch lock and release system and it makes it very easy to install and retrieve my smartphone in just a few seconds.
I like how it is big enough for my large smartphone and small enough for my husband's little one.

Easy to use

My phone doesn't even have a case and It doesn't hold as it should. Black bottom base keeps coming off! I had purchased an older version previously and it was by far the best. Unfortunately this one is more expensive and inefficient.
