This meant I needed a new charger and mount, luckily this came in which was perfect timing especially with me updating my phone to one that can wirelessly charge. The process of adding the extra metal pad on so it would stay stuck to the charger was simple. And the extra backing to protect my phone was a nice plus. Now I can charge my phone without having to worry about extra cords, or trying to get out of the car forgetting it's plugged in, and messing up the charger.

Two for the price of one.

I've always just kept my phone in my lap when I was using it for directions while driving, which is of course very dangerous and illegal in Texas. I knew that I needed an air vent mount for my phone, and this is next level. I love that it charges and that it's wireless as well. works great with my Jetta and iPhone! Definitely recommend trying it out.

Great for use as a car charger when you drive. My car has some problem with using a charger line to charge the phone then cannot play music; this charger solves my problem, right now I can charge my phone with music play in car at the same time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was doing it all wrong, the iOttie has fast forwarded me into another level of productivity! Installation is simple, attach the mount to one of your vents, adjust position, secure it and then connect the cigarette lighter charging adapter if you want to charge while mounted. Otherwise the cigarette adapter provides charging by cord to other devices as well.
The iOttie can be used with either an iOS or an android device so if you have 2 phones ( or a partner or friend rides with you) both of the included magnetic strips can be used to adhere devices to the mount, but only one at a time. Having my phone mounted with charging capabilities enables me to keep a charge, see the screen and simply grab it when exiting the car without fear of a dead battery.

At first I was a little concerned whether the one magnet on the bottom would be enough to hold my heavy iphone 11, but paired with the sticky pad on the top my phone feels super secure, even around big turns. It charges ridiculously fast with a case on it, and I had no issues getting it to stay on my air vent. This is easily the nicest mount I've ever had. I HIGHLY recommend it for anyone that needs to use their GPS a lot while driving, or who likes to keep their phone handy.

I use my cell phone for driving directions and using this mount makes it so easy to see the turn by turn directions. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that it is strong and isn't too close to the vent, there is a little room between the two. The magnet is really strong, even if you have a phone with a case. The only thing I didn't like about it was that I had to buy a separate piece to then be able to charge my phone wirelessly. It doesn't charge all phones right from the box, some will need to buy a separate attachment.

I will be returning this item. The crafted worked for around an hour and then stopped. The green light stayed on on the plug in side but never came back on on the vent holder side. Probably a malfuntion. Otherwise I like the functionality.
