We were really excited for this new toy to go along with our new table. Simple to set up and we were in business. After 5 minutes it simply stopped working. I tried to troubleshoot and the manual said that it is "extremely sensitive"?? I called customer service and they stated that this is normal that I would have to send it back! Which is exactly what we are going to do...for a refund.

Get it for a Xmas gift from my son. Excited when open it, Every thing going fine when we figured out., But after less than15 times using, the balls shoot out just dropped one foot away from the Machine.

but no reliable after one month used

It is the best product that it currently exists for beginners, both on the quality / price ratio and the features (speed, effects and remote control as well as connection to the sector). Sometimes bullets block and it is not always easy to remove them. The price is $100 below the competition.

Great value for money

I thought it was a great deal and also bought 100 Ipong balls, since it cost only additional $6. The Product was delivered 2 days earlier than stated. Product arrived clean and undamaged. It was easy to set-up took less than 5 min. Remote wouldn't work initially, once I removed the battery compartment and inserted it once again it worked, that's the only hiccup during initiation. At first playing was difficult as ball was overshooting or hitting the nets, once I figured the settings using remote it worked fine. For full disclosure manufactured promised me a set of targets for practice if I write the review, nevertheless my review would be same. So far it works great, but I'll be posting a new review after couple of months.
