Makes a great carry on for spirit airlines! Quality is very good. Smooth wheels too. Bought the pink one through their direct website, the black one bought at Walmart.

I was surprised of the quality and how easy it rides with the lightest push. Makes it very easy to use and love how it has a wall zippered inside. Keeps things organized! I love it so much I’m going to buy the larger one to have the set.

Rides VERY smooth

This bag turned out to be the best piece of laugage i have so far. wheels turn great easy to maneuver through crowded airports and easy to spot on the turn style in baggage claim. Be careful not to stuff too much as it is easy to go over weight with this one. mine weighed in at 47lbs.

Love it

We have only used this for one trip so far, but it held up well. The “hard” shell seems a little flimsy, like if too much pressure is put on it, it will crush it, but for not paying $300  it definitely does the job. It held our things well and rolled nicely. The zippers worked well. Overall, it met my expectations. It is nice that it is as large as it can be without exceeding our main airline's checked bag dimensions. It is also fairly lightweight so it doesn't take up a lot of the weight for the weight limit.

Beautiful design and materials. Super functional. Rolls so smoothly. Survived a Vegas trip October 2021 with Southwest. Frontier flight to Orlando February 2022 did not go as well. I am not sure if it was handled too roughly, or if the materials are too thin, or both, but I am not flying with Frontier again and will not be using this brand again either. Unfortunate but cant waste money or time on quality and durability issues during travel.

Beautiful product, but weak construction.

I purchased this suitcase two days prior to my trip to San one for a cruise. The size and overall look of the luggage was great and I was very excited to use it. It got some scuff marks on it on the trip over however, on the flight back home once I retrieved the suitcase. It had a huge dent in one of the corners, multiple scratches and tearing near the zipper. I contacted the company in regards to the durability of the suitcase, and I was told to file a claim with the airline. Unfortunately, because of delays and our flight being diverted, we didn’t get home until very late at night. We had a train to catch and I wasn’t able to hang around the airport  in order to address the issue. I would’ve thought customer care would have been a little better since the quality of the suitcase obviously wasn’t up to standard. I  definitely would  not purchase this luggage brand again.

Poor durability

Used only one time on a trip to Australia and the zipper broke I had to leave it in Sydney because I couldn't get it fix and had to buy new luggage. Definitely don't recommend invest and a better quality more durable product.

Not worth it

luggage came used/worn with wear and tear on it. did not send it back because I needed it for immediate trip

Casters (2) broken after first use. 20 year warranty only good in the 50 continental states. I bought these in Orlando Florida however, I live in Puerto Rico.  Walmart sells this here in Puerto Rico.  I guess manufacturer forgot that luggage is used for travel?

Deceptive warranty practices

Surprised by all the positive reviews. This suitcase is cheap at not well-made. It was completely destroyed after the first time I checked it at the airport. Do not recommend whatsoever!!!
