Intex Challenger K1 Kayak is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Happy Great little kayaks, I bought 2 as they were on sale. I find them fairly stable not tippy and easy to set up. They get blown around in the wind a bit but overall its a great way to paddle around the lake. We have used them with adults as well as children and everyone loves them. Glad I purchased the second, if they were still on sale i'd buy two more.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not for anyone over 6 feet tall. I have owned the K2 before and found it to be a very good kayak. Returned it do to a failed Boston valve. I purchased it's little brother the K1 so I could keep it my trunk at all times so I'd be ready whenever. I am about 6'1" and 195lbs. I DO NOT recommend this kayak for anyone of this body type. Issues: 1. The kayak has too much yaw. You will not track straight even though you have a skeg on the bottom. Your energy will go into zig-zaging and it's very tiring to actually cover much area. 2. You must insert your legs straight and flat into the nose of the kayak or you bump into your knees as you paddle. After two hours I was very sore not being able to move my legs as they are wedged into the nose. 3. In two hours I almost tipped over three times. I was in flat, calm water with no wind. It was very frustrating how tippy this boat feels. You can't look back over your shoulder (no exaggeration) without the kayak starting to roll. All of these Negatives are NOT an issue if you of a smaller body type and are playing around in a pond or for kids vs. wanting to actually go in a straight line and kayak. I recommend the K2 instead as it's a five star. Both K1 & K2 are of excellent construction. My K1 was returned. Hope someone finds this helpful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great little kayak. Great little kayak for calm waters, just not for rapids. Nowhere near as fast as a solid one, but it gets you offshore. Do not venture into waters you're not certain you can paddle your way back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't beat it for the price Took it out for the first time and paddles a couple of miles on some smooth and some choppy water. I think it tracks as well as some lower and mid grade sit ons and sit ins that I've tried. Got to admit that the water slapping on the hull unnerved me a little when I realized I was a mile out in an inflatable but it was very sturdy and stable. I'm 5'8" 175 lbs and there was plenty of room. If you're much taller though you may have to not use the inflatable hull insert to give you more leg room. Easy and quick to inflate. The paddle could be a little more solid on the ends but it worked fine. I also found that you can keep your legs out like a sit on top or sit in so that was nice. Overall great buy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value for your money Love the ease of inflating and deflating this little kayak. The portability is great. Everything fits into the carrying bag. I was expecting a cheap little oar to be included and was happily surprised with the collapse-able oar that comes with it. I've used the kayak in God's Lake Narrows MB and creeks and ponds in Southern ON. I plan to buy another.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not rough water Bought them, opened the box and returned them. Outer shelf felt to weak for rough water. We were worried damage would occur on rough beaches or hidden branches on a river. Great value for sandy beach area.
