Purchase experience and product were great! I do however wish that the 400$ gift card that you get with the purchase was received quicker. Since I have placed my order, received the phone, and returned my old phone, I still haven't received my gift card. When you do it as in store purchase you get it within 48 hours, not 20 days.

Pretty good

I bought this phone from here and seller was VIPOUTLET. They sent phone with carrier lock and now I'm not able to use it. I requested to unlock it or refund my money so let's see what this seller does.
I bought this phone for my Dad as he was visiting states and going back india at end of August. When he went back to india and tried activating phone he got this message. This is really frustrating.

Sent locked phone instead of factory unlocked

You only get about 2 weeks of eligibility for return which is not good if it's a Christmas gift

iPhone 13

Jeremy from Verizon lies every time he opens his mouth. I got a new number and they didn't tell me. I had my old phone and new phone with same data but 2 different numbers. They did not tell me the total cost. 
I ended up giving the new phone back. I had a 765 area code that is not where I live.

I turned it back in. I was lied to about the phone
