This is the only prenatal vitamin that I can tolerate. I don't feel nauseous afterwards. I love that it is chewable and tastes good.

I bought jemersion parental vitamins because I heard it's easy to swallow and digest trough your body I haven't tried other brands but I went for this and it working good for me I take it early morning with breakfest and I don't have any issues after words not throwing up or anything. So I would recommend to other pregannt women to try it out ...

Parental vitamins

Honestly regret purchasing this prenatal for my first pregnancy. It was cheap and easy to find in pharmacies but the amount of vitamins can be harmful to your child. Although it made my life easier as I only had to take one a day and it went down smoothly, the amount of Vitamin A is detrimental to your unborn child. The folic acid they use is synthetically made and not everyone has the enzymes to process this which means your baby does not get the much needed folate and it backs up in your bloodstream which can cause harm to you. The Vitamin B12 they use is also needs a certain enzyme to process which again not everyone has. Consider investing in a better prenatal for your child.

Do your research first

My cousins have taken this prenatal vitamin for all their pregnancies without issue, but unfortunately, for me it does not agree with me. Very hard on my stomach and I'm up for 3-4 hours every night in pain.

Quality product, hard on sensitive stomachs

I used to eat it at night, but that caused intense bloating and kept me up. Since I switched to taking it during lunch /breakfast, the effects are none to negligible.
