Great foundation! I love the how smooth this foundation goes on and it is possible to layer it to get more coverage if you desire. I have been using this product for about 2 years, and one jar of this foundation lasts me a full year! I have a lot of pink undertones in my skin and this is one of the foundations that Jane makes that really matches my skin tone.

I've been using Amazing Base Warm Sienna over my Radiant Liquid Minerals foundation for over 4 years.  It gives my face a warm, even, youthful glow. I am in my sixties but people think I'm in my forties! It also protects my face from overexposure to the sun. I am so very pleased with how it enhances my appearance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have very dry skin almost year round and need good coverage.  I tried samples of the Amazing Base Loose Powder and was very surprised that it gave my skin a soft dewy glow, and it looks and feels healthy.  I now use it daily, even around my eyes with and without Liquid Minerals and always with a hydration spray. I think I will be using it in the summer too, just a different shade. Trying samples and experimenting with different techniques as shown on the JI website is well worth it !

Great for Dry Skin !

I find it difficult to understand why it took me so long to find these amazing make up products.  I am 74 years old, discovered Jane Iredale about a year and a half ago and have not use anything else since. It's clean and fresh, true to color and lasts all day.  Removes easily at night.  No more itchy skin, no blotches, no fading of colors.  I am 74 years old.  It's about time.  Thanks so much.

20 years younger.

I've tried this before a few yrs ago, and here I am back for what works best for me.  I get the right amount of coverage without being heavy or "settling in creases" like others I have tried. Heading into my late 50's I needed a foundation that would polish the good characteristics of my skin, and not just cover up the flaws. Amazing Base does just that....

Amazing Base ...A Winner

I've been challenged to find a soft, natural coverage that works with my maturing skin. Amazing Base SPF 20 is perfection! It smooths on like silk, is not heavy but incredibly light AND coverage is flawless. I feel I get full coverage but lightweight and seamless. I have finally found the real deal!

Natural and Perfect!

Great as with all Jane Iredale products.  As I have aged, I find my skin constantly changing, I keep a variety on hand and change with my skin now.  I have all the foundations with the exception of the new liquid,  I will be adding it in the future.  I have found that Jane Iredale does not upset my skin.  And, yes it was recommended by my dermatologist of many years.

Awesome

Using it many years now, since my 20's and still works great. I am using amazing base itself, no foundation or tint underneath. Just on facial oil serum treatment, and works well this way. Super quick to apply on. Pretty luminous effect on skin. Interesting is, when needs of darker tanned look you just aplly more of powder. With a little in nobody believe that I am wearing make up. With amazing coverage finish. Thats amazing.

Amazing base

I have used the pressed powder in the past and loved it, but decided to give the loose a try. It goes on smoothly, and I find a fluffy brush works best. But...i also need to reevaluate my color because Latte (which had always been my color!) now goes on too dark. But, that's not anything wrong with the product!

So natural looking!

I was very excited about this powder, but I'm not liking the way it looks on me at all. Great thing is that is does NOT cause breakouts on me, yay. But it does look chalkey and disappear from my face by the early afternoon. Again, I really wanted to love it, but this product just isn't for my skin.

This is not my favorite Jane Iredale product.  I tried it because the quiz on the website recommended it.  It looks okay when first applied, but the powder makes my fine lines stand out after a few hours. It is probably a good product for a younger woman.
