So far I have done Six Week Six Pack, 30 Day Shred, Ripped In 30, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, No More Trouble Zones, Maximize Full Frontal and Cardio Kickbox. Six Week Six Pack is a really great workout if you're looking to target your abs. There are two levels, level 1 has a lot of floor exercises while level 2 is more cardio-based. Workouts are about 35 minutes each including warmup. You do a series of exercises then repeat the whole circuit in typical Jillian style. Among others, the moves in these two workouts are mountain climbers, reverse crunches, plank moguls, t-stand kicks, lunge and twists, burpees, oblique twists, spiders and bicycle crunches. I absolutely love both workouts. They are a staple in my routine. I didn't find it to be as difficult as 30DS or Ripped in 30 but this is by far my favourite Jillian Michaels DVD as my stomach is my trouble zone and these workouts focus totally on abs.
