Has a distinctive scent with spicy notes.

My husband loved John Varvatos Dark Rebel but we have not been able to find it anywhere so I believe it has been discontinued. So I ordered him this regular John Varvatos Eau de Toilette Spray and he likes it a lot too.

So I believe we'll have to stick to the John Varvatos line because our satisfied experience with the colognes. His favorite will always be the Dark Rebel but this one will work perfectly as well. You just cannot match or find any other brand that smells like them. They have extremely unique notes, like leather, spices, wood, plus other notes depending on which flavor you buy. Like I said, just very unique and unmatched in our opinion.

I used John Varvatos for years. I used to buy it from Macy's. I was hesitant to buy it from Walmart. But I gave it a shot and I'm glad I did. It's the original cologne. and for less than half the price you would pay at Macy's or other stores.

A classic scent. Excellent. Very complex and masculine.
If you are a fan of the Varvatos line, you pretty much have to own a bottle of this.
I find that the projection is not too strong, and the longevity certainly is not! Maybe three hours.
probably better suited for cooler temperatures, but I'm the type of guy that would use this year-round. Maybe best as an evening sent. I use it liberally for “other “activities.

I actually bought this as Macy's for over $100 and then found it online here at Walmart. It's the same thing, so I returned it to Macy's and bought it here. Great smell. I wish it lasted a bit longer, but it's great for the price point.
