Taste like the link sausage but when cooked are firm disc shaped.  Would have to cut horizontally in half if used for a egg/sausage sandwich

Taste is good, cook to small.

The sausage itself is of good quality, but it has a strange flavour. The ingredients include "lemon juice powder" which isn't terrible, just odd. They are also smaller than I expected. I was hoping for them to be the size of an English muffin so I could make breakfast sandwiches, but they are under 3" round.

Bought them online and didn't realize how little they were… was shocked since it was $6.  Also super greasy.
