I always  forget to pick some kale up but today i remembered.  love putting kalethe pan with some olive oil and cooking it to crispy.
Then throw some eggs in to make a delicious omelet.  And some tomatoes with mozzarella  cheese with spices.
And the kale never goes bad because  i put the kale in frezzer bags for the frezzer keeps it ready  to use.

I try to eat kale at least 4 to 5 times weekly. My hack when I'm trying to make a one skillet meal is to cook whatever my main protein is such as fish or shrimp and then put the kale into the pan with a little bit of olive oil and sauté it for a couple of minutes till it welts a bit and it gets the flavors from the pan Incorporated it also helps to clean out the pan as well, and as an added touch, I usually add some kind of sunflower seed or shaved almonds as a final touch for added texture and crunch, and will serve it as a side to my main meal, taking only a couple of minutes to create. Extra bonuses if you put a little bit of lemon juice in order to access more of the nutrition and bump up the flavor a bit.

I love the quality of this kale!

Kale used to be something I joked I'd never eat, no matter how much I wanted to lose weight. Up until then, I think I'd only tried it once and it was absolutely horrific. But then I learned a little about kale and found this PREWASHED, absolutely deliciously BITE-SIZED bag of kale, and it was a match made in Heaven!

...I realized Kale wasn't as bad as I'd made it out to be once I read that it was actually in salad kits I loved. By adding lemon juice (or you can use your favorite acidic juice--grapefruit is another good choice) and marinating the kale a bit, you can make it tender. I also recommend using a bit of vinegar to marinate it.

Then you can sear it in a skillet with a little butter or olive oil for a couple minutes. How much you sear depends on how soft you want it to be. With my stomach issues with veggies (I have IBS), I actually find making veggies soft helps a lot. I usually cook it at least 4-5 minutes, but that would be too much for most folk, probably. It tastes like delicious cooked spinach to me.

This is a very easy choice to throw into a salad mix, or something you're baking or cooking on the stove. You can also look up the recipe for 'kale chips'--that's a surprisingly neat way to enjoy your veggies, too!!!

My whole family loves when I make that into kale chips!!!!  My 5 year old will see them come in the grocery delivery and won’t let me put them in the fridge!  She wants them cooked right away!!!

Usually a well cleaned %26 fresh choice. I sort through all the leaves to dispose of the tough stems - takes about 5-10 minutes. Then I'm ready to make an amazing kale salad. I do not wash the leaves!

Makes a great kale salad

Seemed moderately fresh and I did not find bugs in mine as some others have mentioned, but  I have never bought cut bagged kale like this that wasn't already washed and ready to use (label says wash before using). Having it already cut down makes that much more difficult! I'm lucky that our kitchen sink is deep and single-bowl, but it was still a huge pain and wasted a lot of time, energy and water, setting back my schedule considerably.  This is the first time I've ordered it from Walmart, and I placed a delivery order from there because we've been sick and they are for some reason the only place that carries some of the canned soups %26 other things we like when we're not well. I bought three bags of this stuff to prepare for the new year's eve meal.  I just hope I got it clean enough and rinsed all the vegetable wash out, and that it doesn't make anybody sick. If I knew I'd have to wash it myself I'd have gotten big bundles of kale leaves.

BE AWARE:  NOT prewashed and ready to use!

It says washed and ready to use but there were aphids in the kale so it needs to be washed! and there are plenty of stems so it is easier just to buy a bunch of kale rather than pick out the stems.

Both bags of Kale was dated best if used before 12-27-25. Both bags were sweating inside and the kale is turning brown. How does anybody think it’s ok to give a customer out dated food. Why is this product or any other product dated this far back still on the sales floor.

Bad Kale

Found the back half end of some sort of bug in the bottom of the bag.  Pretty sure it was a bug because guys came out of it when I squeezed it tossing it in the trash.

Found multiple bugs in my bag. After I knew what to look for I started easily seeing more and more. In 1/4th of the bag I found 3 - I refused to look through the rest and threw the bag away. 

Bugs looked like pests that were a yellow very light brown color - stuck to the leaves like they were dead. They were most definitely pests. Very clearly.
