The PlusOne Kegal trainer is amazing. Not only does it have a smooth pretty exterior and a stay in place design it's easy to remove and use. It has a light indicator to show you how strong your muscles are and how strong your squeezing. It came with a remote and bonus storage bag too. It also has several different levels of vibration that was nice. It has easy attach magnetic charging adapters that are convenient. It's fully water proof and works great in water. Get yourself one of these you will be by pleased!

I like that it's small and fairly discreet. It comes with a remote and storage bag. It's also waterproof and also has a play mode. It works and is easy to use. I would caution against using if you have pelvic pain or a hypertonic pelvic floor as kegels can make that worse. If in doubt it's best to check with your doctor and a pelvic floor physical therapist.
