These worked quite well for me. I only came close to the darkest squares a couple of times, but that's because I do eat some carbs and I still lose fat on small-medium. The colours were 10x more vibrant and clear than a brand I bought elsewhere. I was close to giving up because the colours on the other brand of strips were so faint, I thought I had slipped out of ketosis. Very glad I bought these before abandoning my diet.

Worked Great

I use them to know the level of ketones being expelled with my urine.  They are a great way to foagnose whst foods kick you out of dietary ketosis.

They work as intended,

It never changed alway the darkest didn't matter the first day I tried the ketogenic diet or when i was fasting or 3months into the ketogenic diet. Such a waste of cash! If I could put less than a star I would.
