Our popcorn machine hadn't been cleaned in quite a while and the build up was pretty bad.  This cleaner did a great job.  I did have to do the deep clean routine as suggested on the bottle--put it in to boil and then left it to soak overnight.

This stuff is amazing.  I used it for the first time to clean my popper kettle. It was NASTY with cooked/ caked on oil and black in the bottom and sides.  I let it soak overnight since it was so dirty.  It looks like a brand new kettle.  I would have never thought it would have cleaned all that gunk off the first time. I thought I would have to clean it several times to get it clean.

AWESOME LITTLE CLEANER

This is a great product, easy to use.  The kettle had been needing a good cleaning for a while.  Some care needs to be taken as is a caustic product.  Just wore disposable gloves for protection.

Shiny Kettle

Since you can not get the gears wet I found a small bowl that I could lay it sideways and soak for 30 minutes, rotate it and soak some more. Now paper towels on top,soaked in the solution should de-solve the rest of the build up. Embarrassed to  admit the whole kettle looked like the gunk on the top.

This is a must for any popcorn machine. Our archery club had a machine gave to us, no one knew it it even worked and it was absolutely nasty. We bought this and all I could say is WOW.  It got it looking like it was brand new.

This stuff is amazing

We had our kettle machine over a year and it kept getting harder & harder to clean. We make popcorn at least a few times a week The kettle was brown baked on, caked on oil... you get the idea & can imagine after a year of use with just basic household stuff to try to clean it. We bought this cleaner to try it. The first time we ran it through made a huge difference. We did a second application & our kettle looks brand new! We use our popcorn machine regularly & use the Heat 'n Kleen about once every week or so & it keeps it perfectly clean. Very easy to use too. A tip though, keep a bowl under the kettle when it runs to catch when it boils over. We'll definitely buy this product again.

Awesome product to clean your popcorn kettle.I wanted to make sure to get the right product to do the job and this stuff is awesome. No residue and gets all the stains out. Only downside is you have to figure out how much you need to use at a time. The instructions are for a large quantity which is not necessary for privately used home popcorn carts Love this stuff, highly recommend it. :)

This product did the job. Will purchase again.
Talking from painful experience :-) . . . Don't fill kettle much higher than half full of the mixture. It can boil over fairly suddenly.
Helpful precaution. . . before you start, place a container below the kettle that can handle hot liquid to avoid a time consuming clean-up.
