[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really surprised how much I love this bassinet. It's a little deeper than I expected, but I don't mind. The color is a rich red and the fabric is soft, yet seems to be of a type of non absorbent material. The bed cushion is soft, yet not too soft for a new baby to suffocate.

Now the very best part of this bed is the design of the mattress and sheets. There is a slit at the bottom of the bed, at all four corners, designed to let a Velcro tab slid thru and attach to the underside of the bassinet. This makes sure the sheets AND mattress is firmly in place in the base. So No sliding, no accidental slip of the sheet from the mattress.

It comes with TWO sweets!! No need to buy extra. I was VERY pleased about that. Saves me from the extra expense.

I absolutely love this bassinet and plan to use it full time with my baby. Even tho it's a travel bassinet it's perfect size for full time and sturdy. I know it's sturdy because I caught my three year old inside it on several occasions.

I Highly recommend this bassinet!

Only downside, and I don't see it at a negative, but someone may: there are no pockets or storage for diapers and supplies. No biggie at all for me.

I would love this in blue! Or turquoise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Kidco DreamPod in Cranberry is perfect to have for safe portable infant sleeping anywhere in the house or on vacation. It is portable and lightweight and can be easily moved to different areas in your house. I love that it is perfect for bringing into the kitchen so I can get cooking and cleaning done while the baby sleeps. It only takes a few minutes to assemble the bed. It is really easy to set up and take down which is a plus for busy moms and dads. The travel bassinet comes with a carrying bag that is water repellent. It is recommended for newborns up to 20 lbs. or about 3 months old. The height recommendation is up to 25 inches. I think this Dream Pod is an absolute must have. I highly recommend this bassinet. If you are looking for a great baby shower gift, this would make any expectant mom happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very convenient baby bassinet. It is also portable. It is also very easy to assemble. There is no tools needed to put it together neither. I've never seen a bassinet that is portable like that. It only takes five minutes to put it together. It is very comfortable for the baby as well. When I go somewhere overnight I don't have to worry about having something for the baby to sleep in or some place for the baby to sleep because I can just break this bassinet down in a matter of minutes and take it with me. It also comes with a carrying bag that you can put it in after you take it loose and you can conveniently carry it on your shoulder. It's very light weight also. It comes in a cranberry color that is suitable for either a girl or either a boy. Whoever thought of this invention thought of something that I think is going to skyrocket through the sales market. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

A Convenient Baby Bassinet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This adorable Dream Pod comes in at a whopping 12lbs and sets-up in about 2mins. Very easy, portable, adorable, and space saving and very light weight. It holds baby up to 20lbs, has very nice material and a padded bottom that Velcro's in/ with a cover sheet too. It has very sturdy metal legs and comes in a travel bag so that you can take and set it up any place you may be going. The color (cranberry) is very bright and vibrant to look at. The material is water repellent. This KidCo Dream Pod is fun and a must have for any mom wanting a place to lay their baby foe a short nap and have them close by.

"Perfect for Baby and You"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to Walmart for sending me this item for review as it is great. My daughter just had a baby and this is already being used within the home for some relief from constantly holding the baby and more importantly a great option when on the go and visiting friends and relatives.

The quality and portability (ease of setup) is a key feature. Plus it is very sturdy. Big brother can also keep an eye on his sister with the mesh sides.

I recommend this product, although somewhat pricey, as a great option for Moms and Dads on the go!

This is great for infants on the Go or at home

We wanted a portable bassinet to use at home and for camping and this is perfect.  It's lightweight so I don't even have to fold it down to move it around the house. And it's a good size for baby without being bulky.  Only complaint would be that since the mattress part is meant to wrap around the frame when folding down, there's the creases in it which baby then has to lay on.  But that's just minor.  Great product

A portable crib that is easy to carry from room to room or set up anywhere in the house, at the park or beach and gives you the comfort of knowing that your baby is safe and secure. It comes in a sleeve or bag with a carrying strap similar to what fold up chairs that you take to sporting events come in and about that weight so it is very easy to transport. There are about six pieces all together. The color of this one is cranberry. I don't know if there are other colors available. It is very well made, has directions and is easy to put together without tools. It is very sturdy with suction cup-like feet so it won't tip over. The pad that the baby lays on is not very soft. The user guide is adamant about not using additional pads or pillows. I am sure that is a precaution due to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. The sides are of an open weave material so it is easy to see the baby while you are sitting or lying down. The nylon-like material should be very easy to wipe off or wash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect size to have next to bed for a new born or up to about 6-8 months for mom and or dad to have baby next to them to monitor thru out the night, Also, this is very easy to move about and to also pack up and travel with it in the handy travel bag that it comes with. Nice pad and the material is nice and very easy to keep clean.It is not bulky. Perfect size to have next to bed and to take to grandparents house for visit and for a vacation motel or relative visit. Sturdy, does not wiggle. I have a three year old grandchild who likes to peek in on her brother while he sleeps and when she leans in, it does not move.
There was nothing more to do after unpacking the box, but to unfold it and the to prepare the pad cover and blanket.
This is a very nice product, well built and secure made of good materials. I would recommend this for anyone having or expecting a newborn into their home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After seeing the Pod online I was super excited to receive it. I love this pod its ideal for same many reasons.

• Set up and take down is extremely easy; it takes less than 10 minutes.
• It's light weight just as described and easy to carry in case you like to travel
• The depth is deeper than a regular bassinet. I love this fact it makes me feel more comfortable.
• The frame is very sturdy and durable and will sit firmly on floor.
• It has a solid little bottom mattress that comes with a slip cover.
(Note: I would still put a sheet over it)
• It is just the right size to have next to your bedside or in the living area for nap time.
• The pod has excellent visibility on all sides; which gives me an extra sense of security knowing
I can easily look over and watch my baby sleeping.

I only see a couple of down sides which are not a big deal.

• There is no place to put any diapers, wipes, etc.
• I would like to see more color options

Overall, I really like it and would recommend it as a good travel accessory or as a temporary substitute.
