This pasta roller is amazing! Saves sooo much time and work. I've been rolling lasagna noodles, spaghetti, fettuccine, all of it and love it. My only slight hangup would be the full retail price. I got this on sale for $150, and its worth that all day as thats about what a nice hand crank pasta machine will cost you. But the $250 price tag is a bit high imo. Other than that, 5/5 product, and I hope to have it for a lifetime to come!

We have loved using these attachments. They are easy to use and a lot of fun. My kids have loved using them as well. I'm so glad we have finally purchased them.

So much fun

I took a pasta class a few years ago at Sur la Table, where we used the pasta roller for Kitchenaid. Since I have a Kitchenaid Mixer, I have wanted this set of pasta attachments ever since. Finally got around to buying it through the Walmart website, where it was 25% less expensive than at every other possible store or website. It arrived, as scheduled, right on time. Now, I have used it and it is as perfect as can be! So easy to use, you do not have to knead the dough, since, once it is mixed and the right texture the roller does the kneading, and then the cutter does the rest. I did buy a pasta drying rack at the cooking store, for my convenience, but cooked it pretty much right away so did not really need the rack. My goodness! Homemade pasta is fabulous compared to that dried up stuff in the packages, I do not care what brand!

I used the pasta roller and fettuccini rollers last night. I didn't follow the egg noodle mixing instruction steps in order (e.g. I didn't measure my eggs and just dumped it all into the mixing bowl and mixed) but did add a tbsp. or two of water to get my desired consistency. I was a little troubled starting with the flat roller but after running the dough through 2 or three times, I felt like I was getting the hang of it. No problems or complaints with the fettuccini roller. Over all, I give it 2 thumbs up.

Kitchen Aid

The pasta roller and cutter are simple to attach, use, and clean. Making noodles for a family gathering normally takes at least an hour and a half to make the dough, let it rest, roll it out, and cut it. With the pasta attachments, my noodles for a crowd were drying in 30 minutes...and it was fun to use. Wish I could eat noodles every day just so I could use this more. The set is heavy-weight of stainless steel--obvious quality that I expect to last for years.

Super Simple!

We purchased this for making noodles and simple pastas but over the holiday we used the roller section to roll out the dough for our Pierogis.    Even the wife said that she'll enjoy making noodles now.   I'm looking as mini fried apple pies and mini food pockets because I can get the dough is so thin and even.

One great kitchen "Must Have"..

Used this pasta roller for the first time last week end.  Used it to make sheets of pasta for Ravioli and for fettuccini.  I used a past recipe from a book on artisan pasta.  This did not include salt or olive oil.  The second round I added salt and a little EVO and it rolled smoother.  You need to stabilize the bowl on the mixer as it kneads the dough but it did just fine.  It is important to run the pasta through the roller set on one until it is smooth and malleable.  Initially the rollers shredded portions of the sheet, but after flouring the pasta and running it through 3-4 times it became smooth and easy to roll.  Don't be discouraged if initial attempts to roll results in a shredded mess.  Just fold it back together flour and run it through again and again till it is smooth.   After the initial rolling it was a piece of cake to roll 6 inch by 3 foot sheets of pasta that we made into ravioli and fettuccini.  Tasted great and clean up went smoothly

The lingune cutter and pasta roller worked great and the pasta was very good. It did take a bit to get the hang of the whole process. YouTube videos helped a lot.
The description said I would also get a fettuccine attachment but it was a spaghetti one, which I didn't care for because the noodles were too fragile and seemed to really stick together much more than the other.
After a weekend of pasta making, I decided to return it. Each piece (3) are made very well but I couldn't justify $163.00 for pasta, even if it was homemade. So I guess if a person could justify the price it is a good product to have.
When I picked it up at my Wal-Mart store (online order) the packaging and box were really torn up and I was hesitant about accepting it but the equipment itself survived.
I also wanted to share my "perfected" recipes. I found that using half semolina and half all purpose OR whole wheat flour works the best. I found Bob's Red Mill semolina flour at Schnuck's. I also use eggs and olive oil in my recipe.
I didn't want to spend $30 + on a drying rack so I purchased a sweater drying rack for 10 bucks. As you can see it worked very well.

I ordered this product for my wife. After using it for a few minutes she informed me that the attachment kept falling out. Upon examination it appeared that either the shaft on the attachment that fits into the mixer is too long or that the notch for the set screw to hold in the attachment was drilled off-center. It's only about and 1/8 of an inch either way, but that's enough to make using this item very difficult. I am in the process of sending it back, but I suspect the replacement will have the same problem. It appears to be very well made, but using it is virtually impossible.

Manufacturing flaw

When we received the three pc. pasta roller the packaging was in great shape. As I started to unbox the product there was rattling from inside the package. Making a long story short this was a used product. The rattling was old dried pasta  fragments. I shook and picked them out of the roller attachment and there were also some in the spaghetti attachment. The noodle attachment also had dried past residue on the cutters. Returned product wanting credit for the purchase.
