I received the Freezer about a week ago . I was worry about the purchase because of the other reviews. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised . The freezer came in perfect condition. Not a scratch on it . I plugged it in and it cooled down quickly . It is working great. It has only been a week but as of now I am very happy with the purchase .

I really hesitated on ordering this freezer because of all the reviews stating that their freezer arrived dented and damaged. I suppose I was one of the lucky ones because I had a great FedEx driver. my husband met him outside and together they got the freezer up my front steps and into the front door. the packaging was in perfect condition. it wasn't insanely heavy so my husband was able to tip it and slide it down are interior basement steps by himself. I read the instructions carefully and follow the directions waiting 2 hours to plug it in we remove the plastic from the exterior and it has now been plugged in for several hours and we have already transferred food from our Pact fridge freezer to this terrific little freezer. it seems to be working great it's nice and cold so far I'm very pleased with my purchase and I think the price was terrific at 189. if anything changes I will check back in and see if I can update this review. so far so good.

extremely happy with this purchase

I live in a small apartment and this freezer was absolutely perfect for my pantry room. I can now stock up on freezer items during these uncertain times and not worry about having the space. Thank you.

Perfect for my apartment pantry!

It works well and was decently priced.  Like many other shoppers it arrived with a dent.  The outer shell must not be very durable.  Whatever dented it did not puncture through a hole.  So it still serves its function to keep meat and veggies frozen during this pandemic.  I'm so glad we have it so I can avoid going to the store as often as I used to.

Works great but has a dent

Similar to other who purchased this freezer, it was damaged after manufacturing or delivery. There were two dents in front and one on the side. However since it was functioning mechanically I did not ask for a return. Freezers this size are difficult to obtain during this pandemic. I highly suggest Walmart speak to the manufacturer to improve their packaging to improve the condition of delivered goods.

The item came to damage from the factory. I was extremely disappointed and vow not to order big ticket items from Walmart.com. 

I was in need of a deep freezer asap. I appreciate the knock off price of $57. It should have been half the price.

DISAPPOINTING

Even though other reviews said that their unit came with dents, I took a chance. I chose store pick-up as opposed to delivery, believing I could avoid this issue. Upon pick-up there was no indication from the packaging that there might be damage. Although the plastic banding around the box had cut into the cardboard/styrofoam packaging. Once home, I unpackaged it. Sure enough there were several dents in the front. Primary damage was center front at the bottom of the unit and on the lid on top where the plastic banding had been. It appears to be running properly. I guess I would suggest, if it doesn't bother you having an appliance that shows some damage, then it is probably a good buy at this price. If esthetics are an issue, I would highly recommend not purchasing.

Beware of the unit coming with damage

The unit itself is a good product... Just buy in store Do Not Get Shipped To Home.. Unit looks like a bent and dent yard sale item.  Waiting 24 hours  for the compressor to settle. As recommended after shipping before plugging in.. Hopefully no damage to the compressor.. I have like 10 pictures but can only upload 2 of them.

Do Not Ship To Home !!!!!

I gave this a 1  until I see if it works or not but this came with in a week pf purchasing. YAY! However it is daMaged at the bottom,  right where the control knob is that works it. How it got damaged I dont know. But we unboxed it on our porch to get it in the house easier and once we took the top box off, you could see the dent. If i can post a picture of it i will. Very disappointed it came damaged

Freezer damaged hope it works

it was damaged with lots of dents in it...front side and rear.,has been plugged in over 3 hours now and it still isnt cold...very disappointed am calling them now
