My daughter is 3 yrs old and so far she has learned her numbers now we're are working on her letters and the sound of each one..... With her learning in daycare and her learning game at home so far she has learned the AB and C she really pays attention to the game and I can hear her sound each letter. ....I would recommend this learning game and pretty much any learning game to a pre-schooler a great one step forward before pre-k or kinder...My daughter loves it....

I bought this for my great niece that's 3 1/2 years old and she was able to use it by herself! She absolutely loves it! We couldn't get her to open anything else at Christmas. Awesome product!

Easy to use

My 2 1/2 year old is able manuver a bit in this game. She loves all things Dora so this was perfect for her. It will be a couple more months before she's able to play it better I'm sure.

Easier to purchase on line and run by store to pick up, almost half of store price!!

Cheaper online than in store

I'm reviewing this based on my 3 1/2 year old's experience. She gets frustrated playing this game but can play all her other Leaspter Explorer games rather well. She LOVES Ni Hao, Kai-lan: Super Happy Day! and can play it with some challenges but not pure frustration!

Is okay, other Explorer games that are better

It Was Very Easy For My Daughter To Pick It Up And She Learns Something New Everyday And Gets Exited About It.

great learning game my 3 year old loves it

Her favorite part is plying the instruments.

My daughters enjoys playing everyday.

My daughter was so excited to get this game but finished it in no time. In 2 days she completed it having played only a couple hours each day (most of the other games we own are still on the go).
She whizzed through as there isn't too much learning involved. Simple numbers and math but the majority of the game is guiding Dora along trails, in a boat etc... video game style.

She has not since re-played the game, but I hope that with a break, I can set the grade level up a little and she may enjoy playing it again... though I think you would have to up the grade level a fair bit higher.

It's just the name Dora that sells this game

My five year old played the entire game in less than an hour... I feel cheated.

Game good for younger than five

My 3 year old daughter loves Dora so I bought this as her first game from the leapfrog. There is no variety in the game options and is basically just like the old school video game where the character walks forward through a series of levels. There is no originality or educational value.

Could be better
