LEGO® BIONICLE - Skull Basher (70793) is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 18.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from the Skull warrior: Shoot and fight The Skull warrior is a pretty cool set. he is not my favorite, but he is a really good villain. the new mask is AMAZING. the trans-blue looks and feels great, and he is a guard at the city of the mask makers, so he is a good match for kopaka. the trans 6-stud shooter is good, the bow, and arrow feel to it is great, and the way he holds it is great. he also has a spear he can use. his gearbox is pretty simple. the left arm has nor armor and only bone pieces which i am glad they did on one of them. the toenails on him look good. and the corrupted mask of ice looks good on kopaka. and the warrior. the chest plate looks great and its design too. this set is good, and it is #4 on my favorites list.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Skull Basher: Bash and Hug The Basher is Awesome!!!!! This villain is such a great build and character look over all. the fact they used a different system then the gear system is great. the Bashing function is great. and he can HUG with this system. the horns can knock off the skull bull mask easily. but the purple looks great. this guy is a great match for onua. onua's corrupted mask looks great, and works well. the basher is supposed to be a minotaur, even the Armour looks like fur toughs. The bone limbs look great for this theme. the chest plate design looks good. the Axes look huge and clash well with the bashing function. i was surprised by the build, and i think this looks really great, and is defintely #3 on my favorite list

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A great set, from a great line Today I recently bought Skull warrior, and wow was I surprised at how much I would like this set unfortunatly, where I live the set was pretty expensive, and shop@home doesn't ship here let me get started Build: a nice easy build, the complexity comes from the bow and gearbox, and I appreciate the complexity. Pros: -New parts The new parts are absolutely amazing, the bone piece is a solid piece, it feels strong too, the staff piece is another really cool part, with a lot of detail gone into it the chest plate is really nice, along with the recolour of the small HF torso in silver, which is a really nice inclusion for all the sets the best piece in this entire set to me personally, is the amazingly detailed mask, the infected mask of ice looks cool too I am also a sucker for trans blue -The Weapons the spear itself is nothing special, but I do like the piece used now, the bow this bow is awesome, I love the parts Lego used for it, and the inclusion of the trans blue blaster is nice too A nice amount of parts I can use for MOCing too :P -The Execution of the idea this is meant to be part of an army of warriors, and I think that looks nice, it does fit as an army building set, which is super cool I like CONS: -Trans Orange this really annoys me on slicer, warrior, and scorpio of course, haven't gotten the rest of the sets due to the previously mentioned price issues I have here in malta (yes I know, it says I live in italy, but there is no option for other :P) but the orange really doesn't fit it, except for the eyes I get it, the orange represents them being revived or something but it really doesn't look good on it -red pins Dangit lego, I know you still produce them in black, so why don't you use them on more sets :P Final Verdict: I didn't mention the gearbox because by now, everyone knows its a great edition to this line, and I commend Lego for it Also, can someone tell me whats with the random pin in the chest? Is it for the combo model? I really wish I could get all these sets for cheap, or buy them on Shop@home, but hey at least I got the set I give it an 8/10, probably the second/third best set of the summer wave.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Terrific Addition Easily one of the neatest looking villains for the Bionicle 2015 collection, Skull Basher has a great assortment of pieces and a neat mechanic with it. Pros: 1. Great design and shape to the figure, giving a strong impression of power. Indeed, the skeletal appearance is well presented, between the limbs, mask and chest piece. 2. Incredibly neat mechanic for the arms, which works really well. A very unique build is used that one can really appreciate the thought that went into its creation. 3. A really neat infected Mask of Earth, which is a mix of translucent purple and gold. Makes for an excellent addition to ones Mask collection. 4. In general, a great assortment of pieces and an excellent color scheme. Neutral: 1. The shoulders (in the mechanic area) are not truly held in place and can swivel around, causing the arms to move forwards or backwards, much like the original G1 Toa or Rahkshi. Cons: 1. Even with the wide feet, the figure can topple over, mainly because it is top heavy, with a mix of its weapons, horns and mechanic. 2. Mask can be knocked off by flipping the character over too quickly because of the horns. Final Thoughts: A great model which I would recommend to any fan of Constraction figures. The design is neat, the mechanic is terrific, and the parts are all quite useful. My one final comment though is concerned with the story of the character: Exactly, what species is Skull Basher or any of the other Skeleton Warriors? They are all as large as Toa, suggesting they are not villagers or even Protectors. Just a question I hope the series will answer...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from An awesome wave This set is awesome, even though I like the old Bionicle more. When I first heard Bionicle was coming back, I was really excited. The new sets do not disappoint. However, the only problem with the new sets is the function that pops the masks off. Every time I play or touch my set ,his mask pops off. It is a cool function, but it makes the mask fall off way to easily. Other than that, I would recommend this to a friend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Fun My grandson loves all the BIONICLES. He has the whole collection. They all have unique weapons, and you can pose and move their arms and legs. This makes them more desirable. He also loves taking them apart and creating his own unique Bionicle, great for expanding his imagination. He is looking forward to collecting the new Uniters set. MORE GREAT FUN. Thanks lego.
