The train is intuitive to operate and syncs easily with the Lego train app.  We bought the bridge and expansion track sets as well.  Just wish Lego offered additional action bricks as separately sold accessories.

Lego is always perfect gift

Bought this for our grandaughter's 2nd birthday. We're so pleased with it, although we've resisted the temptation to play with it ourselves so far, and I'm sure she will be too. It's a great set to build up on as she gets older

Perfect toy

This is a product bought for my 4 year old grandson's birtday present. The one prior i bought came damaged and opened so he saw it and got all excited but i had to tell him it was for another grandchild. His reply "but I wanted it for my birthay". So he will be delighted. Also when i Rebought the item it dropped tremendously in price. I paid originally $89   tax and rebought it for $52. Shame on you WalMart....I am still waiting for my refund...my advice...never return through pick up offered through WalMart. If you can find a way to return it to the store. To pay someone for gas will be well worth it.

Purchases this for my 3 year old son. 
Excellent product with good lego tracks and charecters. 
Problem i faced is in train battery compartment. 2 out of 3 times it did not sit/fix/work. Hence returned the product.
