It was a gift for my daughter, who just turned 44. Really. She wanted it so I gave it to her. She loved legos since she was little. Now she said it relaxes her after work and she posts it as she builds it. Her friends and family love to see her as she posts the sections done.

Very realistic, love the attention to detail on the pieces and stickers. Not too difficult, but took a bit of time, but that is good! We added an after light kit for full effect.

Lots of details!!

This set is amazing. The details inside from the movie are incredible. And the Outside details are even more amazing. This set isn't for younger kids, it's more of a collector's item. My only problem is the minifigures. Will, Mike, Dustin, The Demagorgon and Joyce are great but Hopper needs a hair piece, Lucas needs a better hair piece (Instead of that bandana, and Eleven should have her short hair. But besides that this set is a must have for anybody who loves Legos.

Greatest Lego set Ever!!

Ordered from 3rd party seller. I haven't put together the set. My opinion is based on the shipping quality from the seller. 

Packaged with paper over the lego box, not within a box. 

As a buyer paying the full price, I'm limited on resale value.

Justin Ramsden has done incredible job designing this set. The cool about lego is transcends Ive seen many non lego fans marvel about this cool set. The idea of flipping it to the right side up or upside is a cool concept as well being able to display the set apart. You can't fault the set for design its brilliant has lot attention to detail with stickers and prop pieces. You can really see the love the designers put into the set. 

My one gripe with the set is the same others have mentioned durability. The roof comes away from the posts and some of the main structure separates from the floor, just above the front doors and starts to bow. 

I rebuilt the set all seems fine now so far, but i have seen this issue with many sets that have reviewed on social media. My personal feelings is the structure should of been extra stud wide. The other issue is attaching the ball joints requires a lot force more force the a single stud wide can support which may account for many people issues with this set.

However its not a deal barker the set is too good for any stranger things fan miss out on. i love the set and all its Easter eggs it doesn't disappoint.

great set, but durablity might be a problem.

All pieces were intact and the model is great but the original display box arrived damaged with shipping stickers all over it. As a collectors piece the original box is just as important as the contents inside. All the other pieces I have ordered from Walmart arrived in a separate shipping container preserving the original box but this one was not so the box is a mess.

Product is great! Shipping horrible! Used manufacturing packaging for shipping by taping with clear tape and placing shipping label on box! Ruining resale / collector value.

Stranger things lego set

Legos were my daughter birthday present.  Lego box  was totally damaged with holes and wasnt even shipped in Walmart box.  All LEGOs were in the box we believe but bad shipping for a $200 expense

Disappointed with condition of purchase.  Previous purchased sets had the retail box packed inside a LEGO box.  This one was not and the box was OPEN on both ends (someone's attempt at using scotch tape did not hold).  Am investigating a return as I suspect something will be missing and don't want the headache of trying to resolve.

I am absolutely furious at the condition of this Box there is an oil stain on the inside flap which was opened and scotch taped closed I have taken pictures but it will only allow to to be shown
