LEGO® Super Heroes - Batman™: Scarecrow™ Harvest of Fear (76054) is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 11.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from lego: screcrow harcest of fear you can't go wrong with lego! my eight-year-old grandson immediately dove into this set. without help, he constructed the items and rejoiced in his super ability to do so alone. lots and lots of pieces, I would have been lost, but he managed to follow the straight-forward directions and worked diligently at his project. it gave him a sense of pride and accomplishment to complete the set by himself. lego teaches problem solving and patience, focus and direction following, step by step, among other things. excellent product. we are more than satisfied with it!! but, ouch, be careful in your bare feet!! lol!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flowers for a special boy I have been getting flowers for special youth when they have a concert, activity where they do well in 4-H, Scouts, Karate, FFA. I tease them I am getting them flowers. I used to be able to hide the LEGO in a bouquet of flowers. Now I wrap and put flowers on the top. They reply that they sure liked the flowers and they are growing into a special design.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Vehicles FTW I generally dread when my kids want a set that has a helicopter. Helicopters are one of my favorites to play with, but one that the kids tend to destroy rather quickly. This helicopter however is holding up very well. 1. The main prop is built very sturdy. Dear LEGO builders. Do it like this EVERY time! :-) It is holding up really well and I like the pieces used to construct it. Lining up the supporting top and bottom may be a little challenging for young builders, but a very minor challenge. 2. Scarecrow's combine is SPECTACULAR. That thing was a blast to build and has been fun for everyone to play with. The new tread design (It's new to me at least) is a little tedious but well worthwhile. The mechanics of the vehicle are also excellent. 3. The tractor is just really really cool. My son built this vehicle and we've all enjoyed the tractor quite a bit. The construction has held up really well. Negatives The mechanism for deploying the weaponry is also really cool. It hangs up a little when pulling the tail back out, but nothing the kids haven't been able to handle. It would be stellar if the weapons retracted with it. I'm convinced that the farmer was included because they have had that tractor in the wings waiting for the right set to include it in. I see no other reason to have included it. Regardless of the reasoning, I really like the tractor. Yea. The kids do as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worth the wait. I saw pictures for this set online months before it went on sale and from the minute I saw it I knew it was going to be a great set, which it was. I was over-joyed with the minifigs, especially scarecrow, and loved the vehicles. I was extremely happy when I found that Lego was making a new scarecrow minifig, as I've been wanting him for quite some time, as well as the first killer moth minifig, the first blue beetle minifig and a new special batman, not to forget the farmer minifig which was a nice touch. The vehicles were amazing. The best (in my opinion) being the combine harvester, the first ever evil farm vehicle. I liked the batcopter and really liked the detail of the tractor. All in all I thought this set was really worth the money and I would strongly recommend this set to all lovers of the dc comics superheroes range.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from KILLER MOTH!.. Oh, and some other stuff... I've been waiting for this set for a long time. Not this specific build exactly, but a Lego set that finally included one of my favorite supervillains ever, Killer Moth! After building this product, I was happy to see that both the vehicles and characters were outstanding. The extra pieces are even good, including but not limited to, several extra studs for ammo, a second gas mask (nice), and clear and gold stud/clip hybrids. MINIFIGURES Blue Beetle: I'm actually not a very big fan of this character, but I must admit that his Lego interpretation is very well done. The wing/scarab combination on his back makes him look bulky and cool, but doesn't get in the way of his arm movement, which is a huge plus. His back and face are great, but it's sad to see he has no arm detailing. I like the (relatively) new stud/clip piece for his hand, which makes in look like he's firing an energy blast. Killer Moth: I already mentioned how pleased I am with LEGO's choice to include good ol' Drury Walker in this set. He's highly underrated if you ask me, and he's been translated nicely into fig-form. I would suggest that he had had a wing-shaped fabric cape, not translucent plastic for his gliding wings, but that's alright. I also modified his gun with my own pieces when I got the time, because it's a little big and goofy, even though it's made of neat pieces. Moth's switch faces are great too, and his leg printing goes all the way around the sides. Bio-hazard(?) Batman: Most specialized Batman suits I've seen in the past haven't been impressive in my opinion, but this version of the Dark Knight looks sweet. The yellow eyes and breathing apparatus look menacing, and Batman even has back printing behind his cape; that's always appreciated when LEGO adds in something extra like that. He does in fact have a switch face, if anyone cares about that. I wish DC Superheroes sets would make a smaller batarang component, and in a metallic color, but that's my only real complaint here. I guess I've gotten used to the new thin cape material... Farmer... Bob: It still makes me scratch my head when LEGO includes random civilians in Superheroes sets. If we want victims for the heroes to save, we can just use our City collection; I think it's safe to say that no one asked for a totally originally-printed... farmer. I guess I like his sand blue pants and expression, but it seems like an overall waste. If LEGO had the materials to print a whole new torso and recolor a baseball cap, couldn't they have put those resources towards another fan-favorite hero, or villain? Scarecrow: Honestly, I still like my previous Arkham Asylum version of Dr. Crane better than this one, but I did like this one more than expected. The burnt orange garb reminds me of the Animated Series Scarecrow, and his hair/hat combo piece works well. His face print seems a little off to me, but I suppose it's alright. VEHICLES Red tractor: I might not care for its driver, but the tractor in this set is fairly cool. Compact and detailed, but it doesn't use up so many parts as to take away from the larger, more important contraptions included here. Fear-gas combine: This thing looks AND works stupendously. Props to whoever figured out all the proportions of the bricks to get the gears to line up to spin the front. The combine holds MANY rare pieces, its stickers really add something to the build, and I love the fear-toxin vat in the rear. It also has a pitchfork accessory located on the side. Bat-copter: The color scheme stays consistent, the weapon compartment function is fun for playing, and I like how heavy and substantial it is overall. It's very satisfying to look at when complete. This set was not too difficult to construct, and I think it should please young and old LEGO collectors. I for one found this to be the best set I've purchased in a long while, I only generally only get ten or less in a year. The price is even more reasonable, I feel; 60 dollars isn't a lot for 5 minifigures and three reasonably large vehicles, comparatively. I say, pick this one up, if you have even the smallest interest; It shouldn't disappoint!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This set is great! It's a great set but it has a few flaws, which aren't that deal breaking. I'm not sure if this is just on my set or not but I felt like the propellers on the helicopter were very wobble. And would fall of easily. Except that I'm very happy with everything else about this set.
