Quality

This chair turned out so much better than I was expecting! It in comfortable and the back is high enough to rest your head. The fabric is also nice and soft. We bought this chair for our nursery and it fits perfectly as it's not too big! Would definitely buy again

Love it!

I bought this for our nursery and am so happy with it. I wasn't sure if I would regret not getting a reclining chair, but the rocking chair with ottoman works so much better than a recliner would have. The ottoman acts as a table for my pump, bottles, and any other items I want quick access to when I'm not using it to put my feet up. I also wasn't sure how much I would use it, but I use it tons because it's so comfy and convenient to be in the nursery. The lumbar pillow is perfect too. The armrests are really low which is ideal for nursing pillows. If you put this chair on hard flooring, you will want to put a mat or rug underneath it as the base is not heavy enough and slightly lifts making an annoying clicking sound if it isn't on a surface that can absorb the weight transfer as you rock. Super easy to assemble and wipe clean!

For the price paid the quality is not what I expected to receive at all, the edges of the chair and ottoman are all wavy and uneven and look nothing like the clean edges that are shown in the display photo. Chair is also extremely firm and not very comfy. The sloppy seam work is the biggest bother to me. Very expensive chair to look like it was just whipped together last minute... I suggest passing on this chair and spending your money on something nicer!

Not worth the price!!!

We ordered online from Walmart.ca and had it shipped to our local Walmart. We picked the item up ourselves, and set up in the nursery less than a month ago. The chair was sat in a total of 6 times and the wood bracket that the swivel was mounted on broke. Which led the chair to leaning on the left side and a very loud clicking noise. Horrible customer service from both our local Walmart and the Walmart online chat.
