Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tone Every Zone Walk I have many of Leslie's workouts. I really love to work out with her. This is my new favorite. It is a little harder workout using weights. It's exactly what I was wanting. The workout goes so fast, and you can adjust your weights as needed. Buy it. It's worth it!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just the right strength and cardio challenge. I have been exercising with the DVD for about 2 weeks and I can feel it. There are 3 sections, (arms, legs, and walk) each about 20 minutes. You can do 1, 2 or all. I mix them up and do 1 section a day about 3-4 days a week. You could do this without weights, but I highly recommend getting some dumb bells to go along with the arm and leg sections. I'd decently fit and have ran 5ks before. After having my son 4 years ago, I have gotten out of shape and needed something to jump start my routine that I could do inside. No need for complex movements, just do simple walking in place, side steps, marches and kicks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Workout Like this tape because you get a good workout but it is easy to follow. No fancy footwork to follow! I wanted to work in some weights but also work up a sweat but not over do it. This does the trick!
