Rated 5 out of 5 by from I didn't think I would like it-- This was a totally new Leslie format for me with younger dancers, so I was a little apprehensive about getting it. I was wrong. This is a wonderful CD. The walks are 12 minutes each and move along at a brisk pace. The atmosphere is upbeat and friendly. I really feel good after doing this dvd.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Leslie Sansone Workout DVD so Far!!!!!!!! This is the 3rd Leslie Sansone DVD I purchase and its the best one so far!!!!!!!! It gives you a walk plan from Monday to Friday. I already did a week and I feel my clothes lose. Don't get scared about the amount of miles per day, believe me, its posible. I am just a person overweight that wants to get healthy and in shape and I can do it and so can you!!!!! Love it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You choose how many miles to walk I like how you can select from the different 1-mile workouts and combine them to make a longer workout up to 5 miles. Plus there are other exercises to do along with the walking, stretch, arms, etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic DVD Walking Workout!!! I read the other reviewers and decided to go ahead and buy it. Boy I'm so glad I did! I bought this one at the store and I love this DVD. Leslie gives you a 5 day, Mon-Fri Walking workout and each day is something different some may be the same workout but you can do different variations which I like very much. This DVD has made me sweat a lot which is what I like! I can actually say that this DVD is a good one to have. What an Excellent Workout!!! Love It!!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I was disappointed in the strength training on the tape, which is the entire reason why I decided on this DVD. Each daily strength section is only like 4 mins long and I want more than that. And then when you do the walks, each mile is a different "show" rather than one long continuous walk so you get your heart rate up and then you start over again. But I do like the more cardio moves on this DVD. All in all it is still good!

This DVD provides variety and no matter which one mile segment you complete you will get a full body workout. I like that each walk has different moves so the walks are not boring or repetitive. I also like that I can design my own workout. I'm sure to reach my weight loss goals with this DVD. You can't go wrong picking this one.
