Rated 5 out of 5 by from Walking Off the Pounds is excellent! This workout it fun to do. When Leslie keeps repeating walking on the spot to talk. I do my Salsa - Cha-Cha Cha and a few other steps. I love her bubbly personality. Leslie makes videos for all different types of fitness I have a women come to my class who is over 80. I have been in the fitness business for over 30 years and I really enjoy this video and as I said above I add more in when she is talking but for those of you who are just starting it is good to keep walking on the spot. I really like the variety of ages in this video. Especially the bit older woman on the far right, she seems to enjoy it very much and always has a smile on her face all the way through it. I have to say, it is one of my favourites. Leslie, you are best!
