Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flexible Options and Easy to Follow I am really enjoying this workout. I like the fact that I can choose any one of 5 different options. It's a great alternative to walking on icy Canadian roads in the winter. I chose the 2 mile routine the first time. It wasn't quite as demanding as when I walk up and down hills outside for 40 minutes, but I still felt like I got a decent workout. This will be my go to resource when the roads are icy and the mercury is at -25.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It appears to work. I bought it for my wife. She started using it right away and frequently. It helps to have low impact walking exercise inside when it is below freezing outdoors with blowing wind. So it is good. Will it work? Time will tell, eh?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I enjoy this DVD I like Leslie Sansone , her workouts are easy to fallow. There are just a few basic moves that you have to do. It's not one of those crazy dancing routines that have me tripping over my own feet. It's simple moves that I can do with confidence. Leslie is positive and upbeat ! These work outs make me sweat with out killing me or making me discouraged like other workouts that I have tried.
