Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT DVD!!! This is 3 separate workouts -- 20, 30 or 40 minutes so you can pick which one you want to do and all 3 are very similar. I love that they each have their own warm up and cool down, not one running work out and you have to stop and fast forward to the cool down. All 3 workouts are great, just basic walking, kicking, etc... no weights or bands - this is my new favorite!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great DVD, Glad I purchased. This is the 3rd Leslie DVD I Tried. I really liked this one. I like that you can do different "amounts of time" based on how much time you got to give. And EACH one really works you out. Gives you great "Steps" (if that is something you count). Got my Heart Rate up, and Keeps you moving the whole time. You are working out, but yet it doesn't really seem like a workout. The time really flies, and the calories get BURNED!
