[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was first introduced to essential oils about 20 years ago after I had surgery. One of my family friends was into massage, aromatherapy, and reiki. She'd mix the oils with other lotions, heat it up for deep penetration for the massage, as well as use it as an aromatherapy treatment. The circulation came back into my body and help with my healing process...

This particular oil contains four essential ingredients that help with relaxation and circulation. 

1. Peppermint - gives a cooling sensation and has a calming effect on the body, which can relieve sore muscles when used topically.

2. Lavender - eliminate nervous tension, relieve pain, disinfect the scalp and skin, enhance blood circulation and treat respiratory problems

3. Marjoram - attributed to its properties as an analgesicetc and other properties

4. Basil - is used topically and massaged into the skin. ... It is also commonly used to treat the symptoms of acne and other skin infections. 

Let Go! Let Go of bad circulation, tension from day to day stressors and everything that's keeping you from being at peace! Would definitely recommend!

Caution:
It's also very strong, meaning its not cut with water so you don't need to use a lot as it may cause your skin to become irritated (if you plan to apply topically), if you use it for aromatherapy it is very relaxing/calming. I'd get a bit crazy and put it on my blankets/pillows when I didnt have an aromatherapy diffuser )

Let Go! Feel Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I selected this Ellia's Let Go Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil blend “Let Go” because I'm a really high strung person but too lazy for yoga, and I have a very tightly wound child with Autism. Seriously we are 2 individuals who overstress, overthink, and have a great need to relax. Telling either of us to “let go” is essentially ineffective as I guess being uptight is in our DNA, but I've noticed that we get positive and effective results using aromatherapy. So when I saw this Relaxation Blend online, I figured we'd give it a try and I'm happy to say this stuff is working great for us. This is a pretty large bottle and despite using it daily, I see it lasting at least 6 months. The bottle glass is colored a dark violet to best preserve the oil, and the child proof cap is a bit difficult for me to remove sometimes, but I have small weak girl hands. Probably won't be an issue for you, but could be for someone who has arthritis so be forewarned. While this has lavender included in the blend, the primary scent is not lavender, nor is it pleasant enough for me to use in a scent diffuser for my entire house. I love it, but it is just not the scent I want people to smell when they visit, and I'm not sure my dogs would dig it either. People asked what it was, but it was more inquisitory than complementary in nature. But that's ok because I got it for its relaxing and calming effects and it works 100% for that. I like to put a few drops onto a cotton ball and tuck it in my bra and it really takes my stress away and I feel more carefree. Oh and the scent lasts ALL DAY LONG!!! And when my kid has a tantrum she's like Frankenstein being handed fire, and I will give her a cotton ball with a bit of oil and it soothes her instantly. That in itself is reason enough to purchase this! While it doesn't make me drowsy, just relaxed, I also love to put a drop or two on the lightbulb of my nightstand lamp and I don't lay there and worry until I fall asleep. I highly recommend this oil blend, as it really does help one “let go”.

An easy and effective way to chill out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd never really tried aroma therapy before. Who has time? So, I thought this fragrance would be appropriate to start. When I got it, I decided to give myself a proper relaxation session with a hot bath and total quiet time. I found it to be a very pleasant aroma with peppermint, lavender and marjoram. The peppermint makes it soothing but not 'sleepy', which is perfect for baths. Of course, you can diffuse this scent anytime, not just special occasions. Now when I do, it reminds me of uninterrupted relaxation. Very nice.

Relaxing but uplifting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ellia essential oil line is 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oil. Until a few years ago, I had air freshening devices in every room; I was breathing sweet smelling chemicals. Mow I use essential oil. For those unfamiliar with essential oil, you only need a few drops so the bottle is small. 
The Ellia Let Go oil was my choice because I wanted a fragrance that would not be heavy or unwelcome in any room. I also was looking for something to help headaches and stress from my busy day. Let Go by Ellia was the perfect choice. It is a light clean fragrance with many calming holistic healing ingredients. The combination of lavender, peppermint, marjoram and basil create a fresh smell while naturally treating things like anxiety, headaches, insomnia, depression, headaches and stress. I am very impressed with scent. The lavender and peppermint give a clean smell while the other herbs add a fresh smell. A very unique but pleasant aromatherapy oil. I have a diffuser but this time wanted something that could be left on when i wasn't at home. 
I discovered you can also use a reed diffuser so I can leave it working when away. Use safflower oil, some alcohol and several drops of essential oil to make a perfect constant oil diffuser. Great to come home to the relaxing aroma.

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ellia Therapeutic Grade Essential oil is not only powerfully scented, but long lasting. The item arrived in sturdy packaging with no damage. The cap is somewhat challenging to open, but once I realized there was a safety tab attached I was able to get it off. The bottle and box are nicely made and designed and would make a great gift. 

The scent I received is called Let Go. The box describes this scent as relaxing, soothing, calming, clarifying, and herbaceous. To me - and this is completely subjective - Let Go is more stimulating than soothing, relaxing, or calming. It definitely has an herbaceous, earthy quality to it, but the mixture of peppermint, marjoram, and lavender are quite stimulating to my senses. 

The directions say to use 5-7 drops in a diffuser. I have used both a plugin diffuser which uses electricity to warm the oil as well as a diffuser that is powered by a tea-light. I can see no difference in the amount of scent released between the two. 

Once the diffuser is heated the scent immediately begins to permeate the surrounding area. This particular scent is strong and noticeable even in large open spaces. The scent continues to be present for several hours on just those few drops of oil. The strength of the scent, plus it's long-lasting nature make it a bargain for those who want to tend their diffuser less and gain maximum benefit from the oil. 

After it's warmed up the peppermint part of the scent calms down a bit and sweetens. This blends beautifully with the earth tones to make for a unique scent that I can't remember ever experiencing before. It is definitely delightful. 

I would say that overall this is a great product and wonderful for the person who loves to immerse their environment in unique scent experience!

Strong, Lasting Scent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ellia “Let Go” essential oil blend is loaded with the refreshing scent of peppermint. Lavender and basil are also listed on the ingredients, but peppermint is definitely the top note and prominent fragrance, which is great for anyone who loves a minty scent. The box suggests 5-7 drops of oil in a diffuser, which I did try initially. However, I prefer a stronger presence in the air so I doubled the suggested amount. This provided a minty-fresh burst, let me tell you! The box lists “relaxing, soothing, calming, clarifying and herbaceous” as the properties for this particular blend. It also notes that the oil is 100% pure, therapeutic grade essential oil and is bottled in the USA. I really like this blend of oil and look forward to trying the other blends. I wish that the company would provide an insert inside the box describing each one of the oils in their collection and what ailments or conditions each scent soothes. I think that would be a great way to educate people who might be new to essential oils and their uses. Also, it would inform us to all the scents available to purchase. I really enjoy this particular blend and would recommend it.

Refreshing blend with a pepperment PUNCH!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off- This is the first oil I have ever used. I used this mixed with a lotion for a massage and Oh my. It was amazing. the scent was outstanding and the peppermint smell was perfect.I have bought a diffuser, it stated to add 5-7 drops. I can't wait to try it. I'll update my review later.

First oil I have tried

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing you will notice about this essential oil is that the bottle is a little larger than most which is nice especially if you're like me and tend to go thru oils quickly. The lid is a child proof lid which is also a nice feature that I've not seen on a lot of essential oil bottles. Perfect for use in homes with little hands and curious minds. 
I used the oil in my diffuser at night and found that the scent was a perfect balance once placed in the diffuser. A few drops definitely goes a long way as with most blends with peppermint in their mix. The scent was not too strong or overpowering and as the night went on I felt more at ease and relaxed. The strongest scent notes to me in this blend was the peppermint and lavender however my husband didn't think the peppermint was as strong as I did. It was noticeable when you'd leave the room and come back into it but not so much that it felt like it was too strong for the space. And as always you can adjust the amount of drops you use depending on how strong you want the scent to be. 
The ingredients are all natural and no fillers which is also what most look for in their oils. The Ellia brand is a known and trusted brand that does not test on animals which is a huge plus. Their customer service is top notch as well. 
I would highly recommend this "Let Go" blend for anyone looking to unwind from a long day at work and ease into a restful nights sleep. The lavender is very soothing and calming as you drift away to sleep.

Little bottle with strong power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This essential oil blend contains peppermint, marjoram, lavandin, lavender, and basil. At room temperature, the dominant scent for me is mint. The scent does not change over time and it lasts for about 1 day, and can diffuse quite far. I would say it has good coverage in a 300 sq ft room. Also, I am quite sensitive to smell but I don't have any aversion to the scent of this blend.

One downside for me is its claimed effect, the label says it is for relaxing, soothing, calming, clarifying. I personally don't agree with it. For me, yes the essential oils of lavender/lavandin are soothing, but mint, marjoram, and basil oils are absolutely not. Actually, they have quite the opposite effects on me. So when I put this oil blend in the diffuser, my mind is quite confused about what to do, whether to relax or stay awake. 

In summary, I would say this is a good blend if you want some scent in your home but it will not sooth.

Good Blend but not for Relaxation Purposes
