Dolby Atmos feature is spectacular.  fills the room with great audio.  i use this for regular programs and gaming.  would highly recommend for anyone looking for a new tv or an upgrade to your old tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an all around excellent TV. It makes any content BEAUTIFUL! From a lousy over the air signal to 4K HDR BlueRay, the screen preforms wonderfully. The OS is super user friendly with plenty of apps to choose from. It also handles gaming with almost no imput lag, and I mean, YOU WONT NOTICE ANY IMPUT LAG! From the amount of USB,/HDMI inputs to the remote to the super thin bezel to how good it looks even when it's off this TV is AWESOME!!!!    BUT.... Is it perfect? Well, no.... It isn't.... This panel has ONE issue, and it must be mentioned. While this TV is indeed a FALD panel, it does a poor job of preventing blooming in dark rooms.  It is noticable. I have adjusted the TV'S parameters to reduce the effect somewhat, but it is still there when it is dark. When the room is well lit, I don't notice it at all. Is it a deal breaker? For me? Absolutely not, I knew I was not buying an OLED panel, or paying OLED panel prices, but just be aware that this TV may not be the BEST option for a dark room. Maybe this issue can be delt with in a software update? Having said that, I highly doubt that you can find an LCD panel with this many features and such an AMAZING picture for the price, PERIOD. This is my second LG flat screen, and for good reason, LG has the best features, screens, and build quality, for a price that is always under what the competition demands. Seriously, pick up this TV and a PS4 pro and be happy.

Great Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this TV 2 weeks ago and love it!  We bought it mainly because it had the full-array dimming feature.  The salesman said this would be beneficial to us because we have this tv in a large, bright room with lots of window and light.  I'm not sure exactly how or why it works, but we have noticed that it is so much easier to see the screen even with lots of light and glare.  Also, we have been pleasantly surprised that we don't have to keep the volume up as high as our old LG tv to be able to hear it.  We have a 2 story great room and the sound tends to echo up, rather than out.  With our old TV we had to use a soundbar just to hear it.  Now, with this new tv, we don't have to use it at all.  A normal sound level is just a "15" and it goes all the way up to "50."  I love this....I can now SEE and HEAR my TV!

Great pic but seems a little flaky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this tv for about 3 weeks now and overall I am fairly pleased.  I really wanted an OLED, but the costs still were't where I wanted to be and I needed a replacement tv and this was the next best thing.  It's close to the OLED in picture quality without the price.  The sound is pretty good for the internal speakers, but it is apparent connecting this to additional speakers would be very beneficial to enhance the sound.  I am pleased with the ease of setup and the apps included such as Amazon Prime, Hulu, and Youtube etc.  The only thing I am trying to come to terms with relates to the picture quality.  I can't put my finger on it, but sometimes it almost seems like the picture appears almost cartoonish for lack of a better description.  It appears the images on the screen containing people seem to be as if they are standing out in front of the background in the picture.  I am transitioning from a great plasma tv so I don't know how this impacts my perception.  The picture is good it's just different that's all.  For the most part I am pleased with the tv it may take some time to become accustomed to the picture.

Easy Setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv 3 weeks ago after researching the pros/cons of LED vs. OLED. I decided against OLED due to screen burn potential. At this time I am very pleased with this tv. It probably deserves a "5" rating, but I was disappointed and frustrated with the initial set up process. There is no user guide, just basic on-screen start up procedures that were easy to follow; however, once I finished, the picture was not very sharp and I had difficulty finding the adjustment settings. After doing internet search and several hours clicking on various tv settings, I finally located the picture controls and was able to adjust the sharpness to a crisp look. This is the only negative comment I have about this tv. The "magic" remote is fantastic and the apps  load very quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like our new TV, so far only 'complaint' we have is the length of time it takes to turn on, perhaps because we're on satellite? but our old TV came on faster.  Yes, I realize it's a matter of seconds, but very noticeable.  The best feature, we're still exploring, is the sound.  Haven't bothered to hook up the sound bar, don't need it.

Nice TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my lg Sk9000 65” TV set up for around two weeks now and overall I am satisfied with it. The WiFi connection randomly drops at times which does get annoying so keep that in mind. I triple checked my router & internet provider but the TV is the one that is having ‘technology' issues. The picture is pretty good but it does take a lot of tweeking to get right! The most annoying thing is the ‘blooming' effect when watching content with dark scenes and especially at night. For gaming on my Xbox one x, so far it has been excellent! The controller is easily the best feature of the tv. Good all around product.

Great ‘Smart' Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv a couple weeks ago but am not happy with it. The picture quality is good but the material quality and engineering is real poor. For the kind of money your spending on this it's not worth it the screen is made like junk and literally will break w two fingers putting it into place. I should know I tried two of them before I gave up and went with a better brand. So if your never going to touch it or add components to it in all the years you own it then go ahead and get one but if you are I would pass on this. Really dissatisfied with lg and their plaining on this tv I had higher hopes but in the end it was a big let down.
