I got my 55" 7700 about a month ago and am loving it! The picture quality is excellent and WebOS 4.0 is the icing on the cake. Here are the things that I find most useful;

- 4K picture quality is more realistic than almost all the competitive products in this category.
- Web OS 4.0 is well designed and easy to use. The apps are easy to interact with and most importantly I was able to use an app called SmartSTB where I was able to set-up my IPTV service - this means I use one remote for all my video needs.
- LG Smart Remote - love the quick access buttons for Netflix and Amazon Prime. I use both services. Also, the ability to program other keys for quick access is wonderful. The pointer took some getting used to (1 or 2 days) but once you grasp it becomes quite intuitive.
- Quad Core processor; makes things much faster. However, I believe they can make this even faster.
- Free Channels provided by LG - very handy...plus they keep updating that list which is good to see.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a TV that does exactly what it's supposed to do. The Magic remote worked long enough to get the TV started, suggest you change batteries after this. Picture is extremely good. If you don't find enough apps in the LG store, use a Chromecast to stream other apps. I use a five year old Chromecast, and it streams a 1080p image. Enable your settings from your cable box for all your inputs, and the upscaling will give you and great picture on all of them. IPS technology is far better than traditional LED, viewing angle is great from all positions. This is a TV that lives up to the hype. This is the best TV I have ever purchased, including my original plasma. If you want to see the future of TV, then  this is the TV for you.

I couldnt find anything wrong with this TV. Im glad I have it. Not one complaint yet and Ive had it for a while now. Picture quality and smart features are A+

Pefect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me first start by saying the picture is amazing, it is bright and clear and I have experienced zero issues except the viewing angles cause a little shadowing when watching from the corner. 

I have had zero issues or lag tie while using the built-in apps. Netflix and Amazon work perfect and I linked the TV with my Amazon Echo and I let Alexa do the work. 

The last thing I love is the MagicRemote. It takes a few minutes to get used to it but it does everything. It controls my Cable box and Fire TV without having to switch remotes. 

My only complaint is that the guide feature when on the cable box is not intuitive and a lot of times is incorrect and doesn't take you to the right channel. 

But this TV is a steal at its price and wholeheartedly recommend it.

All the things you want in a High End TV

Great Picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so impressed with the picture quality of my LGUK7700. I didn't expect I'd be this impressed since it is a mid-level model. But it continues to blow me away. I love its wide viewing angle. Its 4K upconversion makes even cable TV shows look spectacular, and don't get me started on how fabulous the 4K HDR programming looks-- the luxurious colors, the depth of vision, the ease of use and quickness of its smart TV streaming apps, the magic wand remote. Can you tell I'm thrilled with my new LG?

Great Picture Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a budget buy to replace my other TV so I could put the old one in my bedroom. At first I didn't get to watch much on it because I left for military school for almost 3 months. After getting back, I really noticed the picture quality the other day. It's so crisp and sharp. The detail is amazing. I should have splurged sooner but the price was a steal. I will definitely consider LG next time I'm purchasing electronics in the future

Amazing picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the TV up and running for a couple of weeks. The picture is great. The set up was pretty easy. I had my laptop there and went through the online support as it offered more detail and explanation than it did on screen and that helped out. The magic remote works OK, but is delayed at times and the instructions for it aren't the best. However it may be my cable box causing the issues. Lastly it said I could hook Alexa to it, but I wasn't able to do that. Again, it may be user error and not the TV. It's Google based, but I don't use the Google assistant.

Great picture and pretty easy set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV a few weeks ago.  I have been pleased with one exception.  On average of once per day the remote freezes with only the power button working.  The only way I have found to correct the issue is to disconnect the power. Very inconvenient!

Very pleased with one exception

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and it is great accept in dark scenes were it appears to have a gradient of sorts like part is black and part grey. It may be bad local dimming. The magic remote is great.

Good tv could have been great

Do not buy this television for its Alexa integration.  I already have a very successful Alexa integration in my home.  This TV  does not work with Alexa, you won't find documentation for its use with Alexa and you won't find anyone st LG capable  of helping you with its use with Alexa. That said, the picture on this TV is quite good. But the TV keeps losing connectivity with my PC, even though it is a simple HDMI connection.
