[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First thing I did when I received it was update the firmware. Hooked it up and WOW!
Great Sound. One other great thing is it said only 8 remotes were compatible with the system. My TCL Roku remote not one of them. But I'm here to t completely works with the system! But there is one huge downfall. No surround sound speakers available. I should have done my homework. You'd think the engineers would have a work around. Both the web site where I purchased it and LG's said rear speaker kit available. That should be removed. I did say Great Sound though!

Problem is I bought them to late and the rear speakers that pairs with them are no longer available. I wish they would allow the current rear speaker kit to pair with this model. other then that they are absolutely amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the sound bar 2 weeks ago and the sound experience has been great so far. The sound quality reminds me of being in a movie theater. I was easy to configure the bar and by LG tv together to work as one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound guality is excellent in all the different modes.  I like the way it syncs with my LG television.  
The auto on and off feature makes it seamless to use.
The Bluetooth option is really cool, I can listen to music from my phone or tablet just by turning on the Bluetooth option on my device.

Great sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so glad that I purchased my LG Audio system. The sound is excellent, settings/adjustments are easy to make right from the remote, and the Wifi set up was so simple - it was automatic! I gave 4 stars because I noticed that there was Wifi interference during one of the movies I was watching and sound from another device was coming through and I had to actually power-cycle the device to get the audio back. It hasn't happened since, so I am hoping this was just a one-time occurrence. I must say however, that you should keep your other Wifi devices (modem, other wifi sound devices) away from Sound Bar and woofer for the best experience. Overall, I am loving it!!

Excellent Sound!

Just got mine, Work prefect the only thing I was disappointed in there's no display screen ,No system should be without that feature very disappointed. Everything else work fine with the rear speakers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I received this as a wddding gift. It sounds great, but the subwoofer cuts in/out every now and then. It isn't all the time, but enough to be noticeable. I tried the software update and it didn't fix the issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this LG soundbar for 2 years,  for the last  year I dealt with the subwoofer sound constantly cutting in and out.  Now the sound for the whole unit just goes out.  The only way I figured out how to get it going again is to unplug and plug the optical cable back in.  I will be replacing this unit soon,  and it definitely won't be another LG...
