Excellent, the boys 10 and 6 love it, it is strong and with held heavy wind so far. The installation pretty straight forward. Great buy and was delivered very quickly.

Amazing Customer Service

This is a very basic hoop and I have no complaints about it.
I didn't fill the base 100% and it blew over from high winds several times.  The backboard eventually broke, but Lifetime's support replaced the backboard for free even though it was my fault. That's above and beyond.

good basic basketball goal, great support

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my nephew and after assembling it I found a small leak in the base. I contacted Ms Rodriquez in the warranty department and she quickly responded and sent me out a replacement. I will definitely consider purchasing products from Lifetime again in the future.

44 inch basketball hoop

We bought the basketball system a year ago.  It's great but my son already broke the rim.  I called and received excellent customer service! A new rim is on the way for a fair price.  Thank you!

Great Customer Service!

The finished product is well worth the effort. Hoop is sturdy, good sized and as expected. We filled the base with a polymer gel mixed with water. Holding up great and the kids are already having fun!

Great basketball hoop

I bought this about a month ago for my daughters , they love it ! It's a great height and easy to move around . We were worried that it might tip but it's very stable filled with water . Great buy!

I called Lifetime products and the gentleman on the phone was super nice. They replaced the part FOR FREE!!! And shipped it a day later. So pleased. My boys are happy too.

Replacement Part

I purchased a portable basketball system moons ago and in between a move, the hardware was misplaced. I sent an email to lifetime and their prompt and friendly staff Responded Eagerly with an email confirming that the replacement hardware would arrive at my home within one to two weeks. 

Very seldomly do we see this type of customer service nowadays and I was very impressed! Will be purchasing many more lifetime products with confidence

Excellent customer service!

I love this hoop. After several years, the base plugs got loose and deteriorated a bit, but I emailed Lifetime customer service and they quickly shipped me replacement plugs free of charge. My kids have enjoyed this basketball unit and Lifetime customer service is second to none. I strongly recommend this product and any product made by Lifetime.
