We were having trouble submitting the warranty request online. Caiti from ustomer Service provided excellent service in assisting our organization replace a tetherball system which had been unusable for a few months. She was courteous, accurate and efficient. Thank you so much!

Excelent Customer Service

Bought a few weeks ago, gave to our son for his 8th birthday, assembled easily enough. Only issue is the metal locking assembly for attaching the ball will not stay closed!!! It seems to have a defect because after every game you have to retighten it closed. It continues to open despite trying different positions and having to screw it closed every 10 minutes or so! Happy with rest of set up but something isn't right in this important detail!
