Great yarn,  I wish they had more of it.  I wanted to order 4 burt only ended up with 2, as out of stock I guess.   The yarn is so soft, thick, a beautiful color.  Works well on the knitting needles.  I really like it.

This super bulky yarn works up beautifully!

This review is specifically for the color Springfield Silver. First off, it's 17 yards shorter than most other colors. It's thin and rough to the touch, not at all soft and bulky like say Dallas Grey or Cincinnati Red. I've knitted with those colors and they are exceptionally soft and super bulky. It seems the colors sold in the smaller skeins are almost like seconds. I bought them online and picked the order up that day at our local store, and half the skeins looked like they'd been partially used and returned (I included a picture example). There were several different dye lots as well.  My advice is to avoid this color and any others in the smaller skeins, so check the yardage before you buy. The colors in the larger ones seem to be much better quality, and you get 17 more yards for the same price.
