Works Great.

This product on its own will not help you lose weight. If taken approx 20-30 mins before meals, the glucomannan will expand in your stomach, to give you a *feeling of fullness*, so you are less likely to overeat at that meal. That is all it does. I don't take this before every meal. I will take this before meals I might struggle with eating too much, like going out for dinner or to someone else's place for a meal. I have also used it between meals sometimes, if I know I've eaten enough already and getting tempted to snack before it's time for my next meal. Ultimately, what YOU choose to eat will determine your success rate. I buy this product often and always take it with me on vacation. I myself take 3 before a meal that I might be tempted to overindulge in.

Feeling of Fullness

I bought this a month ago and found that because I am a 65, year old senior it is taking very slow for me to drop the weight but I would like to rate it in a month from now.

Lipozene

Overall feeling of well being. My family are very difficult people to deal with and I find this helps me get through my tough day's. Which is basically all of them

I used Lipozene a few years ago and lost 3 or 4 pounds so I thought I'd give it another try. I bought 2 packages which is 4 bottles. Each bottle contains 30 supplements, but you take 2 before each meal, totaling 6 supplements consumed daily - each bottle contains a 5 day supply. During the first 9 days I lost 3 pounds. Over the next 11 days I did lose one more pound, but the ending weight after 20 days is up one pound, so total weight loss is 3 pounds. My lifestyle is vegetarian, I don't drink alcohol or soda pop, or coffee. I drink herbal iced teas and water. I consume about 1000 calories a day, no desserts or candies. I'm fairly active. I walk dogs multiple times throughout the day. I ride a bike 45 minutes to an hour daily (as long as its not raining!) and do interval training where I go full out pedaling with periods of moderate pedaling inbetween. Besides that I lead a pretty active lifestyle, on the go, I swim regularly too. I'm taking a break from the Lipozene for now. It's only benefit is to continue motivation after losing a couple of pounds. It didn't particularly curb my hunger between meals nor did it stop me from craving sweets - that took willpower. Works OK

my mom bought me this and FOR ME it doesn't work.
1 Box has 2 bottles of 30 pills each. You NEED to take 2 pills 1/2 - 1 hour Before each meal. So 1 bottle will last 5 days and 1 box lasts 10 days. I am on day 8 and have not lost any weight. As for the not eating more....I don't eat that much anyway. I only eat 1200 -1400 calories daily which I watch carefully - sodium, fat, sugar and carbs. I do a little exercise everyday. I am not sure why this won't work for me when others have great results.
Only thing you can do is try it for yourself!

[Employee of walmartcanada] I tried this 2 times it doesn't work and when I was on it I starting seeing shot that wasn't there worked out every day for one month and didn't even lose a pain I was 221 as soon as I stoped taking it  I went down to 216

Really sucks

Ordered one and a while later received another one that I did not order and decided to keep it .Then last week received another one I did not order and sent it back and if I receive  any more items I do not order I will be closing out my aacount
