this Litter Genie is a lifesaver, we have four cats and it is a game changer, no more using paper bags or grocery bags each time we scoop and having them smell up the garbage! this works just like a Diaper Genie, no odor and can be emptied at your convenience, which with four cats is usually every 2 to 3 days. totally worth the money!

walmart.com

I needed a larger size since switching to clumping litter so this is perfect!

Nice to look at too!

Littergenie

I use this for my colostomy changes. Absolutely no odor from the used colostomy bags. Absolutely recommend this product for this use as well as for litter!

Use for Colostomy bags

I have a cat who uses the bathroom fairly frequently, but I mainly bought this because her poop STINKS!! I often have to scoop the litter box RIGHT after she uses it and I use a new bag every time for it because I throw them out right away afterward. I've wasted so many bags doing that. I've seen mixed reviews but this has truly made it 100x easier. I can scoop right after she goes, it doesn't stink up the room, and I don't have to take it out immediately. The container holds a really good amount too, that's why I got the xl. The only downside is that the container is a little flimsy:/ but not enough to be any kind of problem. Also! I buy the bags needed for it in a pack from amazon because it's cheaper! Overall, a good investment:)

Perfect, Good investment, Easy to use

I really love it! It's so so so handy and makes cleaning the litter boxes fun instead of dreading it!

Genuinely buy it!

I have never had to have one of these. but I moved into an apartment and had to purchase one. I love it. it's easy to use. and my apartment does not smell. it was a good buy!

pretty easy product, the only issue is when trying to release waste below you often have to shake push and squish. and this was at the beginning of use. and would be great to have an added air freshener inside the product somewhere!

The Litter Genie XL Cat Litter Disposal System has made cleaning the litter box so much easier and more pleasant. The XL size holds a large amount of waste, which means fewer trips to the trash — a huge plus for multi-cat households. The included jumbo refill lasts a long time and seals odors extremely well.

Odor control is truly impressive. Once waste is dropped inside and sealed, there's no lingering smell at all. The system is simple to use, hygienic, and keeps everything neatly contained.

The design is compact enough to fit next to the litter box without taking up too much space, and the construction feels sturdy and well-made. Overall, this is a must-have for cat owners who want a cleaner, fresher-smelling home with minimal effort.

Highly recommend!

Excellent Odor Control and Super Convenient

Great in concept however the cutting mechanism is on the INSIDE of the container and the only way to get the bag out is through the top which leaves no room around the cutter thus ripping the bag and spelling animal waste all over.
Also, if you ARE able to get the filled bag around the cutter without ripping, good luck on carrying such a big bag IF the bag doesn't rip anyway due to the weight.
Best to save your money and get the smaller version

Poor Design

The process of lifting the waste bag out of the container is not an easy process. It gets stuck at the bottom portion of the assembly. Perhaps a redesign of the bottom unit would help this extraction problem. It feels like they just took a regular size Litter Genie and extended that base. The locking mechanism of the slider piece that allows the waste to fall to the bottom was redesigned and it feels cheap, they should've left the old design alone.

Jumbo in size but, not functionality.
