Little Tikes Cook 'n Learn Smart Kitchen™ Playset is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 72.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great until you lose the accessories I loved this at first but kids are kids and they lose things. My 3 year old LOVES making recipes and playing the games but once you lose some of the food it starts to become a bad time. I would have loved this kitchen if I could buy replacement food. IT wouldn't bother me as much but he loves interacting with the app and now he can't. VERY disappointing!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wish I would have bought the one that is not interactive Purchased this for my 2 year old son. He enjoys playing with it without the iPad. When we connect the iPad, it does not always "read" that he is doing things correctly. We will need to complete steps over and over for the iPad to accept what he did. He gets so frustrated and so do I! I also wish they have more accessories that you could buy to interact. The same 7 recipes get a bit boring for him too. Assembly wasn't terrible but I could see how some would complain. Our oven door doesn't line up very well either.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't bother. I've bought this kitchen 2 times now. The first time I bought it, it came all scratched up and everything was bent so the refrigerator and oven didn't close right. After assembling, the faucet didn't work and trying to connect it was not easy, partially because of the location of the button where my daughter (3 years) kept wanting to push it and partially because of the app, which we tried on both iPhone and kindle. We took it back because of the faucet - for the price I paid for it I wanted the faucet to be work. I had to take it back to the store for a refund and then order it again from the website. The second one we got was in better shape with fewer scratches but the magnet needed for the oven was missing and again, the faucet didn't work. Like some other reviews state, there aren't many shelves for storage and what is supposed to be fitted to the shelves doesn't actually fit. What a great possibility with such awful presentation. I will not be trying a third time with purchasing this product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from won't connect I brought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter . My daughter loves the kitchen but it won't connect to the tablet. Unfortunately we threw the box out before we realize it didn't work. Its a nice set but I would have brought a cheaper one if she was not going to be able to connect it to the tablet and use app.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good for age 2-6, and those with patience - This toy is on the small side and a bit unstable but it's your basic plastic kitchen quality. If you are looking for a substantial kitchen, with plenty of cup board space, look elsewhere. - It was not difficult to put together, but took some patience, as a few of the holes didn't exactly line up -- e.g., there would be four holes for a square piece: 3 were were lined up perfectly while 1 needed to be s-q-u-e-e-z-e-d just a bit to get it in. - All the parts were in my box, though a few of them were in different bags than I initially expected, which caused a few moments of worry. - The app *and* bluetooh (you need both!) doesn't work with as many devices as you might think. It's more than a bit random (e.g., it worked on my 2-year plus old Android 4.4 phone but not my brand new Android 6.0 tablet). - The RFID chips work mostly well, though you need to teach your kid to spin the item on the scanner if it doesn't recognize it (don't slam it, dearie!). - The songs and recipes are fun for little ones, but more than a bit repetitive. They are also not that complex. There is a reason it gives "Toddler" and "Pre-school" as the two cooking levels. Once your child gets to kindergarten or 1st grade, they likely will outgrow this, both literally (size wise) and from an interest level. All in all, my 5-year old likes it. But she'll likely outgrow it more quickly than I would hope. Perhaps if they update the app and add some new recipes & songs, that would extend the life. We'll see.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Does not work with iPad 2! I was up until 3 am on Christmas Day trying to figure out why our old iPad 2 wouldn't connect. This was not clearly advertised that a perfectly good iPad in good working order with up to date software would not be compatible with this Kitchen. Not every family can afford a new tablet for a 4-5 year old to play with an overpriced toy kitchen... our kids will have to enjoy the app on either my wife or my phone...
