Fan operation can be disturbingly loud in certain environments.

This is the best Fan I have ever owned.   This Fan will cool a big room and it's first setting is definitely enough.   I like that you can just wipe the dust off.    I look at this fan and say to myself that it was definitely a great investment.   This Fan cools an entire big room.   I also love that it is not really noisy.   I purchased an air conditioner and after purchasing this fan I wish I had of kept my money that's how great this fan is.

This fan is great if you want to move air fast and hard, it's like a hurricane even on low.  I use it to blow the cold window AC down the hall to my son's room and there's times he shuts his door in the middle of the night because he's cold! It has brackets you can mount to a wall if needed which I haven't so far but all in all a great purchase.

Best fan I've ever owned!

These fans put out a lot of air. I use these in the bedroom and kitchen, I don't run the drying cycle on my dishwasher, that's the part of the dishwashers that run up the electric bill. I open the door and turn on the fan and the dishes are dry very quickly.

Love this fan so much! It's loud and keeps me asleep at night! We take it in the living room during the day and it helps keep us lots cooler during the very hot days with out turning the AC down ;)

Hurrican fan!!!

This FAN is delightful. The black metal looks good. Easy to snap the base on. There are 3 speeds to direct force of FAN. I have never had a FAN so powerful. It blows the air and it makes it nice and cold .There is fan noise which I LOVE to block out noisy neighbors and helps me sleep white noise.. This FAN is going to be wonderful on a HOT summer day. There is a hook to mount the fan  to the wall. Treat yourself to the best FAN you will ever buy.

Cool FAN to keep yourself COOL

When the air conditioning went out in my home, I purchased two high velocity fans from Walmart. They are the right size to circulate cool air in the upstairs bedrooms. They are well constructed, heavy-duty, but not too heavy to move from room to room. The 3-speed fans are powerful and do what I need them to do. All-in-all, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

I am very satisfied with my purchase of this fan.  It has great functionality (even on a low setting) and will really help me save on my electricity bill, this summer.

Great Functionality

The fan works great and creates a strong breeze (or wind if you're within three feet of the blast). My biggest objection is that of noise. Even at the lowest of three settings, it's extremely loud. I had the fan placed in my living room but found I couldn't hear the TV, so I moved it in an adjacent, connecting room. That helped. Overall, this is a great fan for exhausting smoke from a kitchen grease fire to an outside window, but it's too powerful and noisy for close quarters. Still, I'd recommend it; just not what I had in mind when I ordered it.

Powerful but noisy

I was so excited to get this fan on time for what I was planning to use it for - without having to go to the store.  It arrived on time, packaged well, and easy to put together.  However, when I plugged it in and turned it on, the motor hummmed, but the blades wouldn't turn.  I did the little bit of troubleshooting that I could do, and then called the help line.  All they did was had me plug it in to another outlet, with the same results.

My option to return - I had to either go to a store or to a FedEx store.  Both of these options totally negating the whole reason I bought online in the first place - not having to go to the store.

Very disappointed.
