Had it outside, blew over and now I can't get it to tighten properly.

Unstable, not great for outdoors

I just bought this last week and it broke when I hung 2 winter jackets. It's more like a toy rack.

I had to take this item back to the store. When I went to put it together, one of the screws was broken and it wouldn't fit together. I think I would spend more money to get a better one.
