Spiderman 2 - home delivery

Grandson review.

It came as a digital copy on a postcard sized paper rathe than a physical game in a box. A bit disappointing since the image they displayed was a traditional video game box

Digital download surprise

Purchased this online came through a 3rd party supplier. still had to pay shipping to the store and was not happy with that. Shipment was lost by the store after repeated calls to vendor and online help item was eventually located. Vendor claimed it was shipped and received and washed their hands. Required multiple calls and follow up. Online help advice was for me to contact store directly. So much for customer service. I give 2 stars because the game is great but purchase experience was terrible.

Not the best customer service.

I picked up a standard edition, this is not the launch edition. Just the normal one with no additional content.

Not the same product!!!

The was not the Lauch edition, it was the regular one. I had no choice to keep it as it was a Christmas présent.

Description innacurate

This is a digital code. It is misleading to sell this without explicitly saying in the title that this is digital only. It is also ridiculous that I can't buy a physical copy on Walmart's site directly from Walmart. this site has turned into a worse version of amazon.

Misleading Title

Not what was advertised. It a paper copy of the game, which wasn't advertised. If i knew i would of went with a different seller. Also the seller was rude with the reply and told me to fit the bill on the return if I don't want it. Great customer service.

False Advertisement

Incorrect representation, there was nowhere in the product description that it was a digital version only without the CD. I am very disappointed with my purchase. It was for a gift, too...

Poor representation

Game is fine, $30 delivery charge for a FedEx envelope! Didn't realize jt was from a 3rd party seller!

Watch out for shipping costs!
