Surprised good. Nice mild flavour. Interesting finish. Would buy again. I had ordered hot Genoa salami but this was substituted. So it was a surprise buy.

Nice. Good mild German flavour.

This is easily one of my favourites.  It's delicious and relatively inexpensive for what you get.  Pair it with a strong cheese and BOOM!

Very tasty and less fatty than other german salami we tried. We had this on our charcuterie board and went weel with aged cheddar.

Love, love, love this salami! In order to avoid sodium overload, I only use a couple of salami slices, cut into smaller pieces, in my sandwiches, and I can still taste its full richness.

It lacks spices, it tastes fatty and bland. No wonder it's so cheap. You get what you pay for.

A bit on fat side

I only tried this as it was a replacement for mild Genoa salami that was out of stock.  I'm not sure what the Germans were thinking when they created their salami, they all have a rancid taste and this was no exception, I think it's one ingredient in there that really puts me off.  Let the Italians make the salami, the German version falls extremely short to any Italian version.
