This product is my go to as a woman. I keep one bottle in my purse and another in my bathroom. You only need 1 because it's strong and effective for 12 hours. Don't waste your time on Tylenol

The liquid gels for manifold narrowed sodium 230mg is very good Choice. It is recommended by the pharmacy consultant. Helps

Good Choice

Maxidol does help with the discomfort  that comes with menstrual pain but I do think it is a bit expensive for twelve hour pain relief.
