I wanted to cancel this but it was too late. Upset that I couldn't return it, even unopened. I decided I was stuck with it so I put it in my shower. The first time I used it I was THRILLED. Even with my fibromyalgia, it was comfortable.  I was shocked. I love, love, love this chair!

Taking a shower isn't such a chore now.

So very appreciated the fact all assembly was completed other than attaching legs and back. Assembly can oftentimes be a big challenge for older people.  Relieved this task was simplified!

Very helpful! I needed a new chair with back support and this one did the trick. It's very steady. I have balance issues because of a chronic illness so it helps having something to hold me up while getting in and out of the shower. The only thing is that it's a TINY bit wide for my shower. It still fits but it's more snug than I expected. So a word of advice might be to measure before you buy it. Definitely recommend.

it seemed wobbly and all screws were tight. I shortened the legs,and now it feels very secure and I am 300 pounds.

The legs keep moving out wards on the left side front and the right side in the back. I have had to tighten the legs up but each time we sit on it the legs keep losing up. I do not weigh the four hundred pounds it is supposed to hold

Not strong as advice

Description states it has a 400lb capacity.  I do not believe this will sustain that amount of weight for an extended period.  It does not seem to be very sturdy.

It's honestly as comfortable as you'd expect a plastic chair to be,  it works. However, the legs quickly began to bend and warp making it extremely unsafe to use. So for me this is money in the trash, and no, I'm nowhere near the weight limit for the product. This is unfortunate considering I bought it to make showing while pregnant more tolerable, as I get extremely dizzy while standing under the heat. Also this item

Bought because it stated it holds up to 400 pounds.  It lasted through two uses in the shower with someone barely 200 pounds.  The screws loosened and no matter how much I try, they will not tighten up.  I was worried about it when I got it because it was so lightweight.  I would not purchase this chair.

Did not fit in tub. Could not return. I always check to see if it can be returned before purchace. went to return and it cannot be returned. Do not rish the chance it does not fit. find one that can be returned if not what you need.
