[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son, Cameron, is a big fan of building kits and has had so much fun building a tank and adding the armor, weapons, and shield to the figures. This is something that will really grab a kid's interest and provide lots of fun. You receive the  Buildable Goliath tank, four highly detailed figures, and the gear to add to the figures. My son has found building the tank fairly easy, with clear instructions, and he has a lot of fun with the rotating turret and playing with the poseable figures.
This is a perfect holiday gift!

Great set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazingly detailed construction set. My 10 year old built it all on his own in a matter of a week and a half about 2 hours a day. The majority of putting it together was separating the pieces, he quickly decided to open every bag and organize them by pieces to easily find them. The bags do not have numbers for every section so it was easier to just open every bag. The other issue he ran into was putting the characters together it was a bit tough to push their parts together and needed my husband's help for that part. Other than that he did very well on his own it was something he wanted to attempt on his own being such a big project and he loved it!!  The end result is a fantastic detailed toy and display he is able to play with it without it falling apart which is nice!!  The pieces once together have stayed together tightly. I would definitely recommend this product for any construction loving kids or even collectors it is amazing!!!

I would absolutely recommend for fans of Destiny of all ages. Instructions for easy to follow and it was hours of fun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves his Mega Construx Destiny Goliath Tank Strike Set! It took him about 3-4 hours to put the entire set together by himself. The instructions were easy to follow and he loves that the pieces work with other his other brands of building sets. He has taken it apart and rebuilt it twice already! We will be purchasing more!

My boys had a full blown battlefield setup and enjoyed every minute and the quality of this product. In my opinion it was up there with the big name "block building" companies! Excellent Product! My Boys Absolutely Loved it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The set is nicely packaged and grabs your interest from the box.  It has a lot of figures and over 900 pieces.   My 10 year old struggled a little to build as there are a good amount of pieces that are similar in color and size.  Once built the tank seems very stable and easy to play with.  The boys so far like to put on mini battles.  I can see this as a display toy for adults as well.  It looks like it will hold up well.  Time will tell if it becomes more of display for the boys or a continued play toy.

The finished playset is amazing! However, from the start, I think the design could be a lot simpler. Meaning 908 pieces is too many pieces for the heavy handed. With the aid of glue to keep pieces from flicking off as you stack made the build easier.  Also, the instruction booklets were done nicely with color coding the pieces, but I think it would also help if the pieces bags were labeled and instruction booklets says which bags (i.e bag a, b, c ,etc) to find the pieces!  Again, I recommend the glue as you build, but not on the parts that suppose to move  and you have a nice cool looking tank miniature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As big Destiny fans we were super excited for this set. My kiddos couldn't wait to put it together. That excitement died real quick though lol. It would have been better if the pieces were organized in parallel with the instructions. Most of the time was spent trying to find the right piece because u basically had to open each bag because of how the pieces were packaged. The design of the tank could have used more support on the bottom considering how heavy it is. Already had it collapse once. Also one of the figures doesn't actually fit in the seat he is meant to be in. Once all was in place the kids were happy with it and love it for the most part. Us parents did have to step in and help put it together but we made it fun. While we have some issues with this set we still recommend it for any Destiny fan.

Awesome but a challenge..

We didn't make it past step 6 because we were missing a handful of pieces. Really stinks because my boys love these kinds of sets. Emailed about missing pieces and in which steps and they said they wouldn't mail them out and to review with what I have.
