DOSAGE
Adults (18 years and older): Take 1 capsule once a day, at or before bedtime.
For jet lag, take once a day at bedtime, while travelling, and at destination until adapted to the new time zone/or daily pattern.

Ingredients
Each capsule contains:
• Medicinal ingredients: Melatonin 10 mg

• Non-medicinal ingredients (alphabetical order):
Gelatin, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose.

Warning
• Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks or if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks.
• Consult a health care practitioner before use if you have cardiovascular, immune, liver, or chronic kidney disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, low blood sugar, or migraine.
