I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion. This Merci dark chocolate bar is a luxurious treat with a rich and intense flavor of dark chocolate. This is very clearly a premium chocolate bar, orders of magnitude better than your typical Kit Kat or Aero, and is perfect for indulging or for gifting to someone special. Everything from the packaging to the flavor has an extravagant feeling to it, as though you're eating a little piece of Europe.

I personally found this dark chocolate bar to be exceptionally satisfying. As someone who loves dark chocolate above both milk and white,  I have high expectations when it comes to quality and taste, and Merci delivers on both fronts. The rich cocoa flavor is wonderfully balanced by subtle hints of sweetness, and the smooth texture means the chocolate melts effortlessly in my mouth. I ate half the bar before I finished writing this review; any chocolate lovers should take note!

With 72% cocoa, it is not bitter at all and the texture remains smooth enough for a dark chocolate.
