I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion. The quality of Merci's Dark Chocolate 72% was great. It's definitely for those who like dark chocolate, as it isn't as sweet or creamy as milk chocolate. But for those looking to fill those chocolate cravings, while at the same time keeping their sugar levels low, this is a perfect option. Dark chocolate is also high in iron, so it's a win-win.

Dark chocolates that I try are usually still too sweet, but this was just right. However each chocolate bar is bigger than I expected, and is not too convenient to carry out and snack on. It would be better of each chocolate was sized smaller.

Merci Dark Chocolate

I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion. I've never tried this product before and I'm so glad I got to try it because this has become hands down one of my favourite dark chocolates. It's decadent, rich and has 72% dark chocolate. You get the health benefits while enjoying delicious chocolate. It's perfect for those days where you want chocolate but don't want anything overly sweet. This is the perfect dark chocolate bar. I would definitely recommend it.

The taste is great, it's not too bitter and not too sweet. The individual size pieces are a perfect little treat. The product is not labelled vegan but I would consider this vegan friendly as it is not intentionally made with milk products and "may" contain them due to being in the same factory as dairy products. 
I would recommend this product to anyone that loves dark chocolate and dairy free chocolate.

I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion. Merci chocolate is one of those brands that's been around forever and everyone recommends them. I am excited to have finally tried them out and on the type I truly enjoy. I tried the Merci dark chocolate, I tasted it on its own and baked into vegan cookies. I love the full flavor of the chocolate and the convenience of the packaging being broken into 4 pieces so that it stays fresh.

Merci Dark Chocolate 72% is a delicious treat for when you just want a small bite of something decadent after a meal. It was a bit on the bitter side, so I wouldn't necessarily eat a lot a once. If you're looking for something sweet, this isn't the right chocolate for you. The packaging is very nice (quite elevated for the price point) and it would make an excellent gift.

The flavor was good - very similar to many other mid-range dark chocolate bars - with no bitter aftertaste. I like that there were 4 individually wrapped pieces inside. The inside packaging is very attractive and would make a good addition to a cookie plate or something like that.
